Stumbled upon this pet store accidentally and I’m so happy I did! I had a meeting at the Starbucks in the same shopping center. While I DO NOT recommend that Starbucks for meetings — there is NO place to sit — I do recommend this pet store! Just a cool, fun place with a HUGE assortment of really great quality food, and a really awesome staff. Will def. be going back.

They carry a lot of products that you can’t find at local pet food stores. I became a loyal customer when I found they carried my brand of dog food. Saves me a trip to Santa Monica! Lots of great promotions always going on. They also deliver and offer online ordering. Great for a day when I’m either too busy or too lazy. Lol

It’s been difficult to find a brand of cat food both my rescued cats enjoy. Recently I went to Protein For Pets, Sherman Oaks and finally my issue was solved. Jasmine was EXTREMELY helpful with her knowledge about pet foods. Because of her, I am now saving money since I only have to buy one brand of cat food. The facility was very organized and clean. THANK YOU jasmine for your patience with me the other day and Thank you Protein For Pets Sherman Oaks. I will definitely be back soon to buy more!!!

I’ve always have a wonderful experience at Protein for Pets. Known for their knowledgable, friendly staff and top notch products, I still managed to be blown away by my visit last week. I slipped in right before closing and Tiffany still took the time to get to know my pets and their needs (one is dealing with serious heath issues). She explained which products would be a perfect fit for my girls and never once made me feel rushed or like I was putting her out. I’ve made a point to stay loyal to the Protein for Pets family, especially the Sherman Oaks location. You can tell they genuinely love animals and their customers!!!

Tiffany was great. Super helpful and very attentive. She helped me figure out exactly what I need for my pup and his dry skin and picky eating. She also helped me with getting as many deals as I could and saved me a few bucks! Definitely worth the trip and customer service!!!

Protein for pets is simply the best. The owners are the bomb and above all the rest! Tiffany is incredibly knowledgable and I really put her to the test. The store is adorable with a pawsome vibe and the perfect zest!

I absolutely love the products that they have. My husky Athena loves all the protein filled treats! My friend Jaz that works there is great at advising what works for my dog and suggesting new foods. My mom had our dogs eating human food a lot and when I showed her protein pet products it saved her a lot of time and money because she used to go buy things for the dogs and cook for them. Now that there’s protein pets the dogs eat up whatever is in their bowl and absolutely love the treats! We will be long time customers :)

They helped me find the right snacks for my dog, who has a yeast infection, and even gave me some samples to take home for him.

Absolutely loved and enjoyed going to Protein For Pets, Sherman Oaks! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I was helped by Jasmine who made me feel comfortable and extremely happy with my purchases. Sure enough, my puppy was overjoyed with the purchases as well! :)
I definitely recommend this store to anyone who has pets! You’ll be able to find anything and everything you’re looking for. :) I am such a happy customer!

These guys rock. I’ve been twice and they are always friendly and helpful. The store just opened and there were some perks for new customers. I like the samples they give away for pets to try out — that’s really key to trying new things and seeing if your dog likes the food versus if you buy the whole thing and they don’t like it! I am glad one opened up in Sherman Oaks — I will be back!

Love this store! Have been to this location and the Santa Monica one and have had nothing but the best help finding the best dog food for my two dogs. Everyone is so helpful and friendly! Tiffany is so sweet and very helpful and an amazing saleswomen!
My two dogs love going in there! They always end up picking out their own treats to bring home. Thanks to them we now have more treats and toys but two very happy pups!
You won’t be disappointed on their knowledge and friendliness!
