Regency At Sherman Oaks

We have been living at Regency apartments for 7 years. They refuse to help maintain the apartment. They will not take care of major issues like a flooded toilet with poop for a week. The only upgrade they’ve done in 7 years is a new toilet for all the apartments in the building. I have an infant who crawls at home and I cannot bare these living conditions. Our bath tub was also flooded because of the new toilet. We are supposed to be living in a nice apartment complex. Our rent gets higher every year and still no upgrades. They will only paint and change floor or carpet if you’re a new tenant or if they are friends with you. Management is only in preference of the employees of the management company. We have been patient enough and I don’t like to take the time to add a bad review. But There’s still poop in our TOILET!!!
