But I would like to take a minute to introduce my real Guitar Hero.
A few years ago I took a music course at LAVC, and was completely lost. Can’t remember the teachers name, but then I tried an extension course that took me to Mr. Richard Rossi.
I’ve taken courses, tried to read a few books, tried the Internet, but I’ve got to tell you it’s Richard’s patience and appreciation for different types of music that has really helped me understand and really learn to play the guitar. I’ve brought this man music in different languages and he can still appreciate and help me with the music that I’m learning.
I’ve never felt like a client, if anything taking lessons with him feels like a friend showing you how to jam to the music you like. Plus, he’s an overall good person, and very easy to talk to.
Different kinds of music has always been heard in the hallways of my home, and learning the guitar truly opens your mind to another level of appreciation for different kinds of music, and that’s something that I owe this dude.
The best guitar lessons, either as a college class or private lesson, right here in the Valley and they come highly recommend!
