WATCHOUT!!! They claim they have a «Chicago Style Pizza» which is NOT chicago style at all, it actually has no resemblance to any Chicago Style pizza — it is literally the opposite… They make a pizza of straight up dough and put some pepperoni’s inbetween with NOSAUCE… Are you kidding me?! Is the whole idea of a Chicago Style pizza not that it has tons of sauce?! WHATTHEHELL?! Change the name to «Robbie Mac Style Pizza» — I am so pissed — this is disgusting and now i’ll starve for the night… FIXYOURMENU or call everyone that orders to warn them… When I called and was like«uhh i got a big calzone for some reason» he goes«oh, no, our Chicago Style pizza isn’t actually Chicago Style, it’s just what we call it» — SERIOUSLY?!

Meh. Ordered Chicago deep dish and was severely Disappointed when we received a flat pita like pie… flavors were ok, just not happy with being mislead. Makes me wonder what they were thinking calling this Chicago Deep Dish??? Probably will just stick with a regular pizza next time, if we decided to order again. Just steer clear of the Quesadilla pizza

I just called to place and order and I am very disappointed to hear they no longer carry vegan cheese. I have been eating their vegan pizzas for over a year, love them, and don’t understand why they have decided to take it off the menu. Plant based eating is not just for health, but for environmental reasons and it is truly a shame Robbie Mac has declined the opportunity to make a difference by offering vegan pizza in our community. Sad ex-customer.

Never again. Pizza arrived cold and tough as leather. It used to be better, much better. Whatever has changed recently needs to be undone.

don’t use for delivery. BUT Robbie Ma’cs made it up and made the delivery I waited over an hour only to find that the delivery service never sent my order over. Hope it is worth the wait Update Someone did bring the food over quickly from R/M BUT it was not worth the wait I was so disappointed the sauce had a weird taste on the chicken parm sandwich and the FF were not done. I think the gesture of taking care of the delivery problem was nice but never again food was awful the chicken was so dry and uneatable, had the salad and a piece of the bread end that the sandwich came on 18.52 with a 20% discount for delivery issue that was nice but 2 sandwiches that were yucky. and soggy Fries oh well

The lesson I learned after attending this restaurant is stick to what they make best, and that’s pizza. I ordered a shrimps and scallops which was OKAY, and it came with steamed vegetables. The presentation was mediocre and the steamed vegetables had no flavor, it was basically three carrots, 2 broccoli and some asparagus. I don’t recommend getting it. The hot wings were good as were their salads. The food didn’t come all at once, I found myself waiting the longest time for my food while the rest of my family was half way done. All in all, this is certainly not a 4 star restaurant, but with some minor tweaks perhaps it can be.

I was a bit sceptical at the beginning because i haven’t been here in a couple of years but i knew it had amazing vegetarian pizza so i scoped them out again and it was just as amazing. The staff was great and friendly. I imagine they had a strong regular base business. Most customers were on a first name bases. My only complaint was that they changed their tap beer but i got over it.

Great comfort food made with love and plenty deliciousness. Couples looking for a night in with good delivery or stoners looking to get their tastebuds blown into bits should most definitely apply. As an added bonus, the service is consistently warm, kind and the people who work there seem to have consistent great attitudes. Desserts are excellent, and the restaurant is a nice, small place that works for a laid back date.

PROS: Can take orders over the phone properly. Fast Delivery. CONS: Pizza is about as good as the microwaved pizza you buy at 2AM at 7⁄11. If your from the east coast as I am, forget about this place, you’ll take one bite and think your eating cardboard drenched in marinara sauce. Their chicken wings also arrived cold and the ranch sauce was watered down. Overall I do not recommend Robbie Macs and I think they much improvements to make with to their pizza recipe.

Last night was our first time there and I have to say I was very very pleased with the food and service. I was looking for a pizza place that was open late and this is exactly what I was looking for. The waitress was not only friendly but her foot recommendations were on point, her knowledge of the food was really accurate she knew exactly what she was talking about. We order the salmon salad which come with a chipotle pesto dressing(btw I hate salads) but this salad was delicious, the pizza we order was nice and thin crunchy and well done and chicken wings were really good. My bf had a Bloody Mary that was really we are definitely coming back. Great lil place

My boyfriend and I come here when we want to unwind and just relax! The service is always great! The garlic knots are so delicious and have a great variety of beer. We love the fact that we can watch any sport on their tvs and the environment is just really fun and simple!

I’ve been trying to find a substitute for Vitello’s Express in Sherman Oaks for spaghetti and meatballs. You can read my full review of Vitello’s and why I insist you find food elsewhere on my page… Basically the management at Vitello’s Express are total shit assholes. But anyway… I can’t say I found a substitute for spaghetti and meatballs tonight. What I will say is this … A delivery boy walked up to my two neighbors’ apartment today and I asked as I always do, «what have you there?» And he responded with«spaghetti and meatballs» I asked from where and he gave me a a flier. I’ve known about Robbie Mac’s for years but don’t eat cheese thus I don’t eat pizza so I haven’t had a good reason to go there until hearing that they serve spaghetti and meatballs among many other things… I was very excited. Rather than delivery, I walked the four blocks to Robbie Mac’s and made a take out order that same night for spaghetti and meatballs. The kid who took my order was the same kid who delivered my neighbor’s order. He remembered me and was very friendly and courteous. «I told you I’d be here for the spaghetti and meatballs,» I said. He even offered to throw in a third meatball for free. Good kid. However, obviously not Italian… I ordered, as I always do «spaghetti: al dente.» I didn’t see a reaction from him so I asked if he heard I said I wanted the spaghetti made al dente. Apparently not only did he not hear me he but had clearly never heard the words«al dente.» He asked me what it meant. I didn’t want to come off being rude or mean because he was such a nice kid but, albeit a pizza parlor, he DOES work in an Italian restaurant, DOESHENOT? I began explaining to him what it meant but I didn’t want to sound cruel so I stopped myself after saying that al dente basically means that the noodles be left partially undercooked. And then just told him that he should just tell the chef I want the spaghetti«al dente» and he’ll know what’s up. A girl approached him from the kitchen and he told the girl to tell the chef«the customer(me) would like the spaghetti and meatballs al dente» and she asked angrily«what does that mean?» «It means undercooked,» he said. I was kind of shocked at this point and just decided it would be best to get out of there asap. My order came out much too quickly for al dente pasta to be prepared and not surprisingly the spaghetti was thoroughly overcooked. The meatballs and garlic bread rolls, themselves, were very good however. And even more weirdly, the dish had two different types of noodles for whatever reason … Anyway, 2 stars for effort(I’m rounding up from the 1.7 stars it deserves). I pray the owner of Robbie Mac’s reads this review and does something about the fact that at least two of his staff doesn’t know what«al dente» means even though they work in an Italian restaurant … I mean, Jesus F-ing Christ Seriously? WTF?!? Although it’s amazing they don’t know what al dente means, it’s not your staff’s fault, it’s yours. Take some initiative and train them! Duh! It’s your job as owner to make sure your management is keeping employees educated, you know?

Wow! It’s been four years and I have to renew all the good things I have to say about Robbie macs. I’ve ordered pizza and pasta countless times either for pick up or delivery. I’ve not had one bad experience in store but I have had forgetful drivers who don’t have extra packets of chili flakes Or Parmesan. At the end of the day, they’ve always had me as a happy customer and I’ve always been very happy to recommend to anyone who is in the area. Since writing my review many years ago I’ve had more than a few people tell me thank you for recommending the restaurant so heavily in my review. For as long as I live in The valley, I’ll be coming in/ordering from Robbie Mac’s.

This owner left a message asking me to try them again without any incentive – after I paid full price for late, mediocre food WITHHAIR in it and thinks for one second I’ll spend my hard earned money there again? To give them another chance on MY dime? You only have one chance to make a first impression – hospitality 101! You will not see me, my family, or friends in your joint EVER.

A friend and I stopped into Robbie Macs because Crave was busy and we wanted breakfast. I ordered the 222 with waffles and sausage. The waffles were obviously pre-made supermarket waffles. The sausage was the crumbled kind that is for a pizza. The waffles were hard. I am very disappointed because I had waffles from here before and they were very good. This was not at all worth the $ 10.95 price tag. My friend also ordered a 222 with a cappuccino. The foam on her cappuccino was not existent. She had the same Eggo waffles. She ordered her eggs over medium. They came out over easy. I wish we would have just waited for Crave!

Not the best pizza in the world. Not the worst, either. There was a nasty gnat problem that turned me off, however; but the little hunnie who took my order was a doll. Plus, the red vino was nummy. I guess if you had a bunch of peeps and wanted beer and pizza to watch the game, this place would suffice. Still bugged about the gnats, though.(Pun fully intended.)

Just had the XXL carnivore pizza delivered. Delivery was fast and delivery guy was nice. I’ve had Robbie Macs before, never delivery and never this particular pizza. The pizza was a little undercooked so the pepperoni wasn’t cooked all the way through. The thick pieces of ham wasn’t something I expected or fancied. Very greasy and I’m sure that’s to be expected with a carnivore meat pizza, but with paper thin crust, fat chunks of ham probably isn’t a good idea. I was able to take it off and eat the pizza anyways. Crust was good and everyone in my house finished off the pizza.
