Staff EXCELLENT. Dr. VERY PERSONABLE AND FRIENDLY. Office: pleasant and clean environment; Waiting time: virtually none; The ONLY place of improvement (and I told the doctor this) is that the doctor needs to communicate with single syllabic words and to decipher the foreign medical jargon. I recommend this facility but one star removed because for me, I want to understand the answers and even after I pointed this out to this personable and seemingly highly competent physician, he continued to be either unable or unwilling to speak in non-​medicalese. So it is a four plus plus plus star, but five requires being able to actually understand the answers to the questions. Very professional experience. Upon receipt of MRI results to which he referred me to outside company, this doctor not only promptly forwarded upon my request to me my MRI results but the doctor himself spoke to me on the phone, which although is appropriate and very called for, many doctors are too arrogant to do so and too out of touch. GREAT doctor. The old fashioned type of doctor but not yet old.
