my car is back and looks like new! amazing becuase it was a total disaster and looked just sad when I brought it in. They went above & beyond to stay in communication, make the process easy with my insurance, and even detailed it after! I’ve just been so happy driving it today. Raffi was a delight to work with, very responsive & easy. I even left a work item on my keychain on a sweltering Father’s Day weekend and he was kind enough to come in, unlock everything and help me get it out — total lifesaver since I couldn’t work without it. Hopefully I don’t have to bring my car back in — but IF I do, I have a great place to go now.

Raffi and the Sherman Oaks Collision Center are god sent! After only one month of having my brand new car, i was hit on my passenger side that left a dent and scratch that dragged on from the front passenger side tire till the rear passenger side tire. An impact that basically left needing all 3 major body parts needing repair. I heard about Raffi through my brother and so glad I did. From the moment I brought my car in, I’ve been in good hands. Raffi was so respectful, sweet and caring. He reassured me that my car would be taken care of and went above and beyond by doing work on my rims and front window tints. This place is awesome! Came in about 3 weeks ago for a strange sound coming from my engine. Rafael inspected my car briefly and diagnosed the problem accurately. It took a day to get the part and install it, and he was very supportive the entire time. I was referred to him by my cousin who has been helping him out for 2+ years. Thanks again for the help! I had a GMC Canyon that needed to be repaired. I had been side swiped by another driver. One of my friends had referred me to this shop. Upon talking to one of the employees, he told me not to worry and that everything will be taken care of. Within a week, my car was fixed and looked just as new as the first day I purchased it. They went above and beyond and even polished and wax the car. I have made this my go-​to body shop for everything. They have amazing customer service and treat you like family.

My boyfriend highly recommended Raffi. I brought my car in for some body work after a pretty bad accident and he did an amazing job. Raffi kept me up to date throughout the process, even with insurance issues. I have not seen customer service like this in a long time. Won’t be taking my car anywhere else! Raffi is fantastic. I’ve been coming here for years and should’ve written a review sooner. He has always taken care of me, and many times, he has fixed little things on the spot without charge. He treats his customers like family and they always take care of the problem. It’s hard to find an honest and trustworthy mechanic/​auto body, and now that I have one, he’s the only one who can touch my car. Bookmark this place. You’ll be glad you did.

I came in for a oil change and to diagnose the check engine light on my is350. They fixed the engine light issue pretty quickly. The employees here are very friendly. I’ve came here before for my other cars and I always leave satisfied from the work provided. They tell you the truth behind the issue and even explain how and what went wrong. This is my go-​to mechanic shop for everything. They treat everyone with respect.

This place is amazing. I came to this shop because they were exceptionally friendly when my last car was towed here after a bad accident. The car was totaled so I ended up getting a new car, and with any new car come aesthetic changes we do to make sure our car looks as good as we do.
Anyway, I called up Raffo (who is absolutely one of the nicest, most helpful people ever) and made an appointment. He said the stuff that I asked for is more of a hobby of his shop, but he would do it anyway. Long story short, not only did he install and wire my rear brake light, he installed my front splitter, side skirts, and rear bumper aprons in one day. Absolutely killed it, the quality of the work is outstanding.
A lot of my friends are really into car culture, so when I got to school they were blown away by the quality of the work. I already gave out two of his cards to my friends as the quality is just that good.
I have no qualms with coming here a hundred times more, this shop is phenomenal. Even if you don’t work with Raffo, you can work with anyone here. The employees answer questions, are super friendly, and have no problems talking shop if you want. Also, it’s nice to look around and see all the amazing cars they have on their lot. I won’t go into detail because this review will get much too long, but it’s a car guy’s wet dream.
Five out of five stars, I’d give them six if I could. I will definitely be returning, and so will my friends. Thanks again, guys.

I saw reviews for this place while researching body shops after a girl hit my car, so thought I’d give them a try and I couldn’t be happier that I did. They had the BEST customer service and threw in a couple of services at no charge. They had great communication and did great work. My car looks and run great. Really love this place and I highly recommend them.

I have been a customer for years and use them for all of my automotive needs. They never disappoint. They are honest and trustworthy and do excellent work.

Yup, this place IS as good as it gets. Raffo & the whole staff really do an excellent job. And they’re really honest, which everybody knows is the toughest quality to find in a mechanic. I always call Raffo first when I have any auto issue. He always takes great care of me & treats me like family.
You know when someone asks you for a recommendation, & you say you, «have a guy»? Raffo is my guy.

These guys are awesome. My Scion xB got in a wreck and they picked up my car in shambles and returned it better than it was before the accident. I hope I don’t have to get bodywork in the future but no doubt this is the place I would go. Also, awesome car eye candy everywhere as multiple Bentley owners as well as race car owners trust their cars to be modified here. They worked with my insurance and I could not be more satisfied.

Came here a few times for minor things because they gave me a good price.
But then I asked about my squeaky brakes — they said my brake pads needed replacement (although I had them replaced not that long ago). I asked when I should bring my car in and the guy replies «anytime» — I show up at 4:45 considering he said «anytime» and he says they can’t work on it because they’re closing soon. Please realize that if you tell someone «anytime» you should specify «anytime BEFORE (whatever time)»…
Whatever. Brought my car back the next day. Several of the mechanics are always smoking cigarettes, which makes me paranoid of a cigarette smell getting in my car.
They «fix» the brakes, yet I still hear squeaking. «Oh, it must be something else.» IT STILL SQUEAKS. The whole point was to get rid of the squeaking. The brakes had worked fine beforehand.
Forget the good prices — I want a mechanic who does the job correctly.

These guys are the best body shop in the valley hands down. They did a full RS5 front end conversion and a full Nardo Grey paint job. I get compliments on it everywhere I go. They are a family owned business. Really great service. They will work with you on whatever you need done. This is the place to go if you need to fix your car or throw a $ 30K body kit on your range!

Great place! The fixed my car in exactly the time they said. (no extra days) And no extra costs. They met the estimate almost perfectly. Also, their estimate was the cheapest around. The work was perfect, you can’t tell I was in an accident.
I wholeheartedly recommend them. I will be going back. (Well. hopefully I wont need to)
