Spring Flowers

I agree with everyone here. I hired Sammy for my engagement. The flowers I got was not what I ordered. In the invoice I had him write exactly how and roses, orchids etc will be on each flower, I got half what a paid for on the night. And when I told him I’m not paying for what I didn’t get he stood there yelling in front of my guests until I paid. Stay Away!!!

Sammy is the worst and irresponsible person I met in my life. I would never recommend this guy for anything. He talks a lot and makes it seem that everything is wonderful but he never answers his phone or emails. He is a liar. Don make a mistake and order flowers from him.

I do not understand where these negative reviews are coming from, because I just used Samay and his team to do my wedding at the Biltmore, and everything was unbelievable. We got so many compliments on the décor, and we have Samay and his lighting team, Shahir, to thank. I would recommend them to anyone doing an event in Los Angeles

I went to a friends wedding who used Spring Flowers. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and to be honest she got way more than what she paid for based on other people’s opinions I know.
The one really bad thing was that the florist tore down the ceremony area right after the ceremony so he could reuse the flowers for the ballroom. The problem was that my friend had not taken pictures with me, her gorgeous groomsmen yet, and oh yeah, her husband.
I felt really sorry for her. She was practically in tears. I hope that the florist reads this maybe other florists too and take that into consideration at a wedding.

Unfortunately they did my wedding flowers, and they were not only late delivering the bouquets, but forgot so many details, (for example– cake flowers, bar arrangements, and candles). Ruined my wedding!
Stay away from this florist!!!

Sammy you are by far the worst person i dealt with, excuse after excuse how you havent received my order and how the shop is going through a move and now today that the computer has a virus and teleflora wiped out everything? PLEASE you are hillarious, EVERYBODY DO NOT USE THIS FLOWER SHOP. i placed an order on saturday morning to get it delivered that day or monday, but the person never got the flowers, i called yesterday JUNE 22^nd and Sammy said he will get that out as soon as possible, and i called today and he tells me he does not have the order, i have the confirmation in front of my SAMMY BOY. anyways go work at the corner or something you, cant run a business to save your life.

I ordered flowers on their website on Thursday for my friend’s bday on Friday. I received a confirmation email from the manager of the company Sammy saying my order will be delivered on Friday.
ON friday, I call them to find out where the order is, they said it will be delivered in an hour.
I talk to my friend on Saturday, already a day past her birthday, no flowers.
I call the florist on monday. They say they can’t find the order. Then they asked me how I got their number! I told them its published on their website. They said they would call me back tomorrow (meaning Tuesday, already 4 days after my friends birthday!) I told them I wanted to talk to the manager today, they promised me he would call me that evening at 4pm.
Needless to say he never called, so I called him on Tuesday. He was VERY RUDE, told me he never got the order. I said I have the email confirmation FROM HIS EMAIL address, with a confirmation number, and I can forward it back to him, he told me that’s not possible because he never sent an email,
He went on in a very rude way with no apologies and took no responsibility for anything. I told him to figure out what happened and call me back and he said he has no reason to call me back and he hung up on me.
WHAT A F#@%R. So my friend didn’t get her flowers and they didn’t give a rat’s ass that they messed up!
DO NOT USE THEM! They will not guarantee delivery! YOUR FLOWERS WILL NOT BE DELIVERED! And when you call them, they’ll pretty much tell you to F#$@K OFF!
There’s a florist on every corner, no need to put up with their BS!!!
