I’ve never emailed a company’s District Manager before, but after noticing the DM’s business card on my way out of the store one morning, I chose to send kudos for the Fulton/Riverside team recently(and for good reason). I work close to this location, and have been here countless times this past few years. It’s one thing to leave a first impression once or twice, but Shine, Luz, Carlos, Leslie, Julio and team have left an impressive«first impression», consistently, since day one. They’re just a fun team made of great people who started as baristas and later become friends. 5 star!

This Starbucks is always busy during the weekday mornings. Sometimes you have a line out the door. You get a lot of students from Notre Dame High School coming here in the morning to get their caffeine fix

This happens to be the smallest Starbucks I have ever been to and also one of my favorite. It’s always clean(especially the bathroom) and the baristas are all kind and welcoming. I don’t recall ever coming across a barista without a smile. Guy in particular is simply amazing. No one can make my usual drink: a hot caramel macchiato upside down with coconut milk and extra caramel better than him.

I wanted to write this review specifically for a barista named Leslie! I recently ordered my usual«very berry hibiscus w/FIZZ,» but when the drink was ready, she announced that they were out of fizz. I was disappointed at first because I don’t love the drink without the fizz, but Leslie immediately offered me a «your next drink is on us card» without me even asking. I felt that I received exceptional customer service from Leslie, whether it is policy for her to give me a free drink or not. I will be visiting this location again from now on, I just hope that they have fizz in-stock! :)

Very small starbucks. And extremely busy I walked in and I had to walk back out. only one person working the register and one bathroom that is a community bathroom. and there is a line of about four people so I have to say that I have not tried the coffee there, not that it’s going to taste any different. lol! but I don’t think I will ever come back here again.

I always feel like hipster when I come in here that’s the only thing I don’t like. Coffee is good though.

I am always here around 730 am and the employees are, well, sometimes moody. I know it’s really early but your appearance should matter when working with food/drinks. Most looking like they just rolled out of bed. Drinks are alright.

Fun and friendly staff. Makes you want to become a regular. They zoom through the line so quick, I’m learning to drop my decision making problem. Always looking forward to going in for a great coffee and laugh.

We stopped at this Starbucks to get drinks before going to a football game at Valley College. It was late in the afternoon/early evening and it was not crowded at all. The employees were super friendly and pleasant. The store was very clean. This is a small location with a few tables inside. You order in the front and then wait for your drinks in the back which can get crowded. This seems to be a design flaw with a lot of the Starbucks locations. We did have one problem but it worked out well in our favor. Two of my friends got their drinks right away, but we seemed to be waiting longer for my simple iced tea. Then we noticed my drink sitting unattended on the counter while the barista was helping the next customer that came in after us. He had started to make my drink but got distracted and left it. We made a comment about it, and he apologized and finished making my iced tea. He then went and got us a free drink card which was very nice of him. Other than that, we had a good experience at this Starbucks location. The parking lot was small and I imagine it gets crowded during the morning rush hour.

Asked for a vanilla iced coffee with half and half and whip and he gave me a cup filled to the top with ice, no half and half. Asked for my half and half and have me whole milk … Seriousally wtf … The dudes here are stupid.

Who doesn’t need a morning fix. This one is always busy and therefore always messes up my drink. I never get the right amount of ice in my drink and therefore always end up with a warm ice drink and yet I keep coming. Oh well

Ive been coming to this starbucks for about 6 years. The staff here is one of the friendliest in the valley. Try the ice coffee mixed with apple juice– it tastes like a cold stout beer

WORST Starbucks location!!!’ And I’m a religious Starbucks drinker. There were 5 baristas behind the counter and my drink managed to pass through all 5 and got messed up anyway. First the guy that takes the order writes it wrong on the cup. After that gets clarified the guy who’s supposed to make the order starts on it. While he’s making the order he’s constantly pausing to chit chat with his coworkers. He finally puts my drink in the blender and completely walks away and starts doing other chores like taking out the trash, leaving to the back, coming back and doing more chatting. Finally this other person picks up the drink and pours it in the cup and then just places it there instead of handing it over. So then the next person finally decides to hand over the drink. Which by the way was made completely wrong. I get the same drink every single time for years now and all other locations get it right and tasting the same every single time. However, they managed to mess up and lose my business at that location. Very disappointed!!!

2014 Unilocal100CHALLENGE — 90⁄100 Came to this Starbucks yesterday for the first time. I didn’t even know there was a Starbucks in this plaza and I live like two blocks away, LOL. Nonetheless, it’s a great store! Normal-sized layout, and we went around 11:45am and it wasn’t that busy. No line, and took around 5 minutes to get our drinks. The only reason that I’m not giving it 5 stars is because it’s in kind of a ghetto looking parking lot/shopping plaza… It’s really run-down and just visually not appealing. Also, it’s at the very left end of the plaza in the corner… Probably the reason why I never knew it was there until now!

I know it is busy but when they take your order and write it down clearly on the cup… they should make it correctly. I didn’t get anything complicated… simple iced coffee with heavy whipping cream yet it came out loaded with whipped cream on top. I sighed… walked to the trash can and scraped it off. I guess I could have asked for it to be made over but the lines were long and they were super slammed. I was left with a black iced coffee… disappointing.

My FAVORITE Starbucks! I love this location for multiple reasons. The first reason, obviously, it’s close to where I live so when I am heading out for errands or just to enjoy a beautiful day, this is the first place I go to. The baristas are soooo nice here. The customer service is awesome and they move pretty quickly. It’s only crazy busy at this location during specific times of day(usually after Notre Dame High School lets out) so I have it down to a science as to when to come here and avoid all of that. I don’t eat the pastries due to a gluten allergy but the pastries always look fresh and delicious. The baristas remember their regular customers and most of the time will have my drink ready for me either when I walk in the door OR if there is a line, my order is already ready by the time I get to the cashier. Try this Starbucks! They are the best! I hope this review helps you decide where to grab your next vanilla latte! :)

This is one of about five Starbucks in my regular rotation of Starbuckses, and it’s not the best, but not the worst. The best one has an employee who brings in fresh cut flowers and positions them artfully around the shop in grande cups. It has wrap around windows and a lovely view of Toluca Lake, along with Baristas who truly understand everything that they are doing. i visit at least three times a month and will go out of my way to go there. The worst one has a drive through which is frequently so backed up that I’m forced to drive to another Starbucks because it is both impossible to drive through OR park when they’re that busy. I visit maybe once per month, because I can’t physically get in there the other 20 or so times. This one is a little crowded, and sometimes a little slow, but the staff is pretty nice and they generally always get my drink right. I’m one of those people at Starbucks. You know those people. Triple Grande Two Pumps Vanilla Soy Latte at 135. Yeah, one of those. I say please and thank you, and they take me in stride and get my order right, which is all I can ask! I just wanted a triple grande two pump vanilla soy latte at 135, after all! I don’t buy breakfast sandwiches here or ever in life, so I can’t confirm Bob’s frustration, but just generally the food at Starbucks is great in theory but never quite there in practice. I definitely think that this Starbucks is a little better than average, but not quite as sweet and grande as the newer shops! If you’re willing to keep going on the highway, keep left for the 134, exit Cahuenga and hit the one next to Bob’s Big Boy instead… but if you need that triple grande, this place’ll serve you up!

I’m thankful this Starbucks is walking distance from my house. I’m thankful they provide me with that oh so yummy iced coffee and hot drip when I need it. Now, like I’ve said before in other Sbucks reviews — I’m not a snoot when it comes to always needing A+ service, however… when I’ve consistently gone to the same Starbucks over the course of 3 years — I expect better service. Sure, I’m not a «known» regular, but there is no «one-on-one» engagement here — creating that«experience» that we learn about as a Starbucks partner. I actually tried transferring to this location when I first moved to LA from Orange County and was stunned by how rude the supervisor was to me, how quick he was to shut me down and not care. I’ve moved past that, and I do still come here because it’s convenient — but I don’t intend on ever walking out of here feeling like they care. –Line is usually long –Private lot thats usually full –Small seating area inside — usually full
