Sugar Fix LA

I had been getting sugared in Santa Monica for a few years and recently moved to Sherman Oaks. I am so happy that I found Ashley! She know’s what she is doing and gives great advice. Her prices are affordable and she has the best first-​time rates (2 for 1) than anywhere I’ve ever seen. If you’ve never tried getting sugared, I’d get on it! I’m getting airbrushed with her next week so looking forward to that experience as well.

Ashley is so amazing!!! She made the whole process so easy. I’m a baby and there was hardly any pain. Seriously, go to her. She’s the real deal!

My first time ever getting spray tanned and she made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend her to anyone! Her studio is cozy and private. I have already tanned skin and she just made it look so much better, I have such a nice glow now, I think I’m addicted. I’ll definitely be back.

Guys, Ashley is the best! I was waxing for a while but once I read about sugaring I wanted to give it a try. Thanks to Unilocal I found Ashley and I had a great experience. She made me feel comfortable and we had a nice conversation while she did her thing. Sugaring is less painful than waxing and the results are WAY better! I will definitely be back!

Ashley is great! Super sweet and very thorough. I’d never been sugared before, just traditional strip wax. Sugaring was noticeably less painful and when I left, my skin didn’t feel as sensitive as it does with strip waxing. I normally feel that my wax jobs could be more thorough (and I’ve had waxes by many different people at a well known LA salon), but my sugaring experience here was the most thorough I’ve ever had. Five stars all around. I highly recommend her and will definitely go back!

Ashley is amazing…
I have a flight this friday and the place I had scheduled my waxing cancelled on me at the last minute. Which left me scrambling to find a place. Luckily I found Sugar fix la on Unilocal and Ashley was able to fit me in at the last minute. Still new to the male waxing I was nervous. However, she made me feel comfortable and within a few minutes I was laughing and having a conversation with her as she waxed away .
She is very professional and has great attitude and cares about her clients which shows right away. I will definitely be recommending her and coming back.

The last time I got waxed was 10 years and 2 kids ago. I vividly remember the pain and irritation. This was NOTHING like that! Ashley was cool and matter of fact as I nervously blabbered on. It took no more than 20 mins and was way less painful than traditional hot wax. She was amazing!!! Puts you at ease immediately and very professional. After 5 mins it was like talking to a friend, if your friend was staring at your bikini area. Two weeks later (no lie) and I barely have any stubble and I’m still pretty smooth (husband is very pleased) I’m a convert and will be back in 6 weeks!

First time waxed/​sugar-​er here. Gasp, I know. But I couldn’t have been happier to come here for my first time.
The place was a small suite located in a building of other beauty places (i.e. salons, spas, etc.). It was clean and simple. Street parking wasn’t hard to find at around 2:30 p.m. on a Friday.
Ashley was super nice and attentive, answering any and all questions I had. She made me feel more comfortable with the entire process and chatted with me during the whole thing which helped my nerves. Her process was thorough, hygienic, and not as painful as I thought it would be – even offered to take breaks if I winced a little! She talked me through what she was doing in-​between the chit chat, and made sure I knew what to do after. Overall, she was super sweet and super helpful.
I highly, highly recommend this place to any readers and will definitely be letting my friends in the Valley know.

I was really worried I’d have a hard time finding a new sugarcoat after leaving Seattle. I had a wonderful relationship with my girl there, she understood my ingrowns and bizarre tendency to laugh during the painful parts of the process.
Not so. Ashley is super sweet, personable and very good at what she does. I’m the type who prefers to get it over with, no waiting around, and she totally understood when I told her. She get the balls rolling and the hairs out. I’ve never walked away only to find a stray line of missed hairs. She takes the time to manually pluck the ones the sugar can’t get leaving me smooth and happy. She even laughs with me when I do!
