Super Piano Movers

At first Rick was great, giving me quotes from various cities to my home as I was shopping for a piano on Craig’s List. When I actually bought a piano and scheduled a pick up, everything fell apart. It was supposed to be picked up at 5:30 pm, which we got ready for on both ends. Then after I called at 5:45, he said it wouldn’t be until 9:30 pm, which we got ready for again, even though it wouldn’t have arrived to my house until 10:30 pm and we have kids in school. Then he texted again at 9:00 pm and said he couldn’t do it that night. He said he could do it the next day at either 6:30 am or 5:30 pm but it would cost more money if it was at 5:30 pm (even though my pick up the previous day was originally scheduled at 5:30). He also said that he hadn’t heard from my pickup (which he never asked me to have contact him) and seemed to blame the changes on me. For some reason I decided to keep going with him because I just needed this piano moved. The person I bought it from said 6:30 am was ok, then the next day, I got a text from Rick that said their lift gate wasn’t working and they had to cancel for the day.
I understand things come up but Rick is very unprofessional. He never apologized for anything and never took responsibility for his mistakes. I’m very understanding and it wouldn’t have taken much but I would never want to give my business to someone who handles things so immaturely and wastes valuable time.

These guys moved a refrigerator for me from North Hollywood to Silver Lake. They showed up on time and had everything they needed to accomplish the move without a hitch. Nothing dropped, no dents, all good. I’ll use them again.
