I just finished a call with Marc Schwartz, that attorney himself, and I got terrific service. I am a real estate investor and I buy houses for a living. I’m moving into a new area for deals in Tennessee. For a multi-​property REO deal in Memphis, I wanted Marc to review two documents, a sales contract and a non-​disclosure, non-​circumvent agreement.
Marc was extremely thorough and patient. He first took the time to find out what I wanted out of this deal so he could give me the right information. He told me that I could either make the changes myself or he could draft copies for an additional fee. He even gave me advice on a business strategy when moving to an out-​of-​state market. That went above-​and-​beyond what I had asked of him or paid him for. He is extremely knowledgeable on real estate transactions, especially for investors.
One final thing. When I shared that I was challenged because of a family issue with an infirmed elderly parent, he shared from his own experience on how hard it is and what he learned from the experience.
