I give five stars only because of the chocolate crêpe.
Great taste. The hookah also was perfect. The lady who was our server did great job as well. The prices are reasonable.

Very horrible service! Our waitress, Tara, tried to hurry us when we haven’t chosen our hookah, food and drinks, yet as if she doesn’t even want us to be there! She came three times in less than 30 seconds as if we were already done choosing… Umm okay… We’re not Flash you know ?! This so unprofessional for such a nice café with such a wonderful ambience.
When another employee asked how we were doing, I told him that my friends and I were having such a great time except for the fact that we were getting such a horrible service from Tara who didn’t even check on us— Guess what? The employee said she’s not in the mood because another worker called in sick … And so?! That doesn’t give Tara a reason to to be pushy, and snobbish! That is very unprofessional! Heck! Even McDonald’s service is so much better than her!
If you guys want a better service and a hookah, go somewhere else— unless you want to be treated like sh*t! Ha!

Food was horrible drinks were crap and they seemed to only 1 waiter for the whole place.

I love this place the food is amazing such a huge selection from hummus to hookah to kabobs! Great atmosphere with great playlist in the background. They have a full bar with affordable prices. Tuesday nights chill vibes to set your week off to a great start. I will be back

Provided the variety of great places in Ventura Blvd this place is on the bottom of the list. It is incredibly overpriced with me diocre food and the hookah is $ 42!
Service was lacking in every area and there’s an automatic 18% «service charge» added to your bill. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the other great restaurants in Sherman Oaks that will cost halp of what you would pay at Vibe! Paying a service charge for a lack of service is not what I was looking forward to. Not going back.

My favorite place for hookah! I come here for the amazing service, food, and great hookah. The manager is awesome and always makes us feel welcome.

We came here today with 6 friends to celebrate a birthday and they refused to allow one of our friends to go in because he was 18^th years old. We told the owner of the place that our friend was not smoke and he still refused entry. Owner was not interested in listening to us and did care for us as customers!

Love this place, been coming for years. Service is always great and food is amazing. Their chinese chicken salad and feta fries are MUST TRYS!

Nice chill place to hang out and smoke some hookah. And the food is AMAZING! Every one needs to try out the fries only thing I would change is the waitress we had, never checked on us, and really bad attitude.

Literally sitting at The Vibe right now. We’ve been here for almost two hours, nobody has checked on us even once. We got seated in a corner on a pretty cold night, the heater is off, and we haven’t had new coals even once. On top of that, we’ve been sitting without ANY coals on our hookah for almost 40 minutes. Nobody has come by to give us new coals, or checked to see if we needed anything. I’ve never experienced such a lack of customer service at any restaurant/​hookah lounge, even bar, that I’ve been to. I’m so disappointed because I do come here often, and the service is super inconsistent.
The one good thing is the manager realized that this was on them. I let him know about our «experience,» and he waived our bill.
I wouldn’t recommend this lounge to anybody visiting the area – you can do MUCH better.

So this place totally has the potential to be my favorite hookah place. I love the outside/​inside atmosphere so you aren’t freezing by the night wind but you aren’t suffocating indoors by smoke.
My friend and I ordered peach mint and it was fantastic. Hookah game on point.
We also ordered hummus and some of their fries (?); I left the order to her, but the food was fine. Pretty standard food.
They lose stars with me because of their quality of service. My friend and I weren’t demanding, but when we wanted to order, our server was nowhere in sight! And when she was, we tried to flag her down a few times and she kept walking past us!
Be careful too because our check had automatic 18% gratuity included and I’m sure they earn more tips from people who don’t meticulously check their checks.

I’ve been here so many time I don’t know where to start:
–fav hookah is watermelon/​white peach or spied chai.
–the chicken or mix kabob plate are great to split. Comes with Pita, rice and salad
–good wine and liquor choices
*very very busy on thurs-​sat so if you have a big party you gotta call. It gets packed!

This place is pretty at night and it’s outdoors. You can come for hookah, drinks, and food if you’re looking for a quiet night.
Service was okay.
Note at 12 they must have all alcohol off the table so they will come and clear everything.
Food is okay – hunmus is huge and the regular fries are okay.

They serve glass hookah which is smooth n amazing. The food is really good, I specially loved the Zataar fries and Chicken wings.
They have a full bar which is a great combo with amazing hookah n food.

Came here with a friend for a chill Friday night. The service was all over the place. Just ordered bbq wings and feta fries. Wings were fatty & fries were overly salty & limp.
Hookah didn’t pull despite getting an ice base to enhance it. Coal service was nonexistent and our bowl burnt fast. The quality of their «high quality» shisha was a joke.
As frequent social hookah smokers we brought games and were quickly reprimanded that it was gambling— Phase 10 is basically Uno with stages.
The service was kind of nonexistent as well and uncomfortable when they did show up. We had 3 waiters but no one really came to clear the table or refill our refillable drinks.
VERY underwhelming at $ 80+ for two people.

I came to this place three times ONLY because of the shisha itself — and I must say its the only redeeming quality — not for the overpriced food, not for the shitty service and certainly not for the depressing ambience.
All of the horrible services from the gothic Addams family-​like crew aside; one thing thats considered a MUST in a shisha establishment is ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS provide the charcoal, with or without me damn near begging for it. No charcoal? Bad shisha. Simple.
One last thing, you shouldn’t call yourself a «middle eastern» establishment if you don’t know the first thing about hospitality. Thats the whole essence of being a middle eastern establishment. If you’re miserable in your life, people, don’t bring it in your business by treating your customers with a stick far up the ass attitude. Try to act like you’re HAPPY to see people coming to your businesses & pay for your shitty services.

Wasn’t busy, didn’t get seated, didn’t get a waiter to acknowledge us until we flagged one down, was basically ignored and treated like we were a bother. First and last time

Very disappointed have been coming here for a long time and today the hookah sucked and they still charged us full price unbelievable very disappointed never coming here again!

This is my go to place for hookah. The vibe and atmosphere of the place is fantastic. The food is also delicious. The serve drinks until 12 and the are open until 3 am! Great place to stop by for some food after a night out drinking :)

What is service? This place surely can’t answer that. My friend and I came a little late to our party’s reservation, so our friends were already sitting down at the table. The waitress came and took our orders: a full Al Fakher Mint Hookah, My friend got tea, and I got coffee.
So far so good. Out comes the tea, but not the coffee. Maybe it’s brewing?
The hookah guy brings out our hookah, and I ask him about my coffee. I got totally ignored.
So now, I’m a little worried because I’m falling asleep at this café, and I need to stay awake.
I started to smoke my hookah, which tasted nothing like Al Fakher Mint. It tasted like a mix of different flavors, meaning that they don’t reserve hoses for particular flavors. Every experienced hookah smoker knows that you can’t smoke mint with a hose that was just used for a fruity flavor.
At this point, the waitress is no where in sight. I want my coffee.
Once we saw the waitress, we had to yell across the establishment to get her attention. Our main reason for contacting her was because we wanted the propane heater to be turned on and to know the whereabouts of my coffee.
We told her about the propane, and she immediately left, not giving me a chance to ask about the coffee.
Fast forward another couple of minutes, my friend is requesting a refill on his tea. The waitress who brought out the tea was different than our current. I asked her if I could order a coffee, but she delivered the news: Their coffee machine is broken.
This place needs to be more on top of their customers.

Spent best time ever with my friends at Vibe! I called many hookah places but only Vibe had hookah and full alcohol bar. Bobble gum flavor is best. We ordered chicken kebab and few salads. Awsome armosphere! Definately coming back

I came here tonight with a group of friends and had the greatest time. Food, hookah, service… It was all amazing. Our waitress Marianna was so polite and had provided us with the best service. She kept asking us if everything was okay or if we needed anything. She was very easy to flag down, she never disappeared. She was super quick on bringing everything to our table. We ordered the feta cheese fries as an appetizer, beef Lule as entrée, and Amy’s special as desert. Tip: get the Amy’s special with vanilla ice cream instead of whipped cream. Hookah was hitting for a very long time & didn’t burn at all. Overall for drinks, appetizers, dinner entrees, desert, hookah, & a hookah refill for 3 ppl ended up being $ 112 which isn’t bad at all.

such a cute comfortable spot for drinks, Mediterranean food, and hookah. host, waitress, and valet attendant were all very attentive and helpful. definitely coming back with my girlfriends again!

The place is busy so make sure to time your visit before it gets crazy busy (went on a Sunday and it was fairly busy for a Sunday night)

Unilocal please allow negative stars. Places like this deserve it. Waited outside in the cold because usually their food is worth it and their hookah is not bad. The service is never deserving of the 18% mandatory gratuity they add, but nonetheless we found ourselves waiting outside. The doorman kept saying we were next, yet somehow the entire crowd of about 15 – 20 people in different sized parties got in before our party of four. Two cars pull up and they get let in before we did too. So much for being next.
No reason for not letting us in, but it’s not a far leap to think by the glares we were getting from the security guard/​staff that they did not want certain «types» in. Will not be returning to this place. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I have been here a few times and normally the service is not so great. They automatically charge an 18% gratuity so the servers are not very attentive. The atmosphere is good, and the hookah is decent.
Today we waited outside in the cold over an hour for a table. There was about 25 groups who showed up and knew the owners and got right in Without any wait at all.

Well, LA sure lives up to its reputation of being OVERPRICED!
I went here with my boyfriend and his sister. First off, the waiter was rude as shit and seemed like he was over-​whelmed running around the place the entire time. He rarely checked up on us unless we flagged him down.
You walk in and it’s pretty nice, there’s heating lamps everywhere so it’s pretty warm and toasty out in the patio section. We were seated and given menus
We got white peach, raspberry, mint hookah with ice
–the flavor was very nice and did not get tiring after smoking it awhile
We also tried the feta fries. They were ok. But definitely OVERPRICED, And made me sick.
The atmosphere was cool! It was a fun, chill place to go with friends and smoke hookah, but the service was HORRIBLE!!! Which is why I am giving it such a low grade.
We had to hunt down our running back server to get more water. We had to flag down random employees to get more coals (which every hookah bar I go to are pretty on top of refilling coals … Like it’s your damn job!). We had to flag down the damn bartender to get our check. And only when I had the check on the table was when me. Running back kept lurking over to see if my card was ready to go.
So here’s a break down of this ridiculous bill.
Hookah: 17.99
ICE in my mothafukin hookah: a womping 4.99
Redbull (that they get for fucking free from the Redbull girls) 4.99
A guava and grey goose: 9
Large order of their feta fries: 12.99
AT A GRAND TOTAL OF FREAKING: 62 and some odd change… WHAT A RIP OFF WITH A SIDE OF HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Since my boo lives in Calabasas… and I’m in Burbank, Sherman Oaks is our go-​to city. Thanks to Unilocal for helping me (again) find a spot where I can let my hair down and be loud and silly, while the ambiance of this place keeps me feeling mature (hookah) and sweet (sweet tooth that it) …

This place keeps getting worst and worst lol
It sucks! But out of desperate times we decided t finish our sat night at vibe just for the hookah
And the waitress comes to our table and I ask is there a minimum? And then she goes ummmmmm… Well for a party of 5 we charge $ 30 per head. And our jaws dropped then as soon as she saw our faces she goes well if no one told you then I’ll let it go. Which made her seem like she’s lying just to get us to spend on a slow Saturday night.
I’m just not a big fan of this place. I never crave it or bring it up.
But since last time I have been there they have upgraded their nasty plastic chairs to wood chairs with like a red cushion lol
But give it a try! It’s just my personal opinion, they have good hookah and drinks are just okay… food is not great but my huge problem is the atmosphere.

Good food, good hookah, detect atmosphere with a comfortable «vibe». HORRIBLE service and they had the nerve to add the tip in the order. Smart move on their end since there is no way that I would leave anywhere near what they added in.
I gestured for a waiter to come and he didn’t look back from chatting with his buddies until the owner came and asked him to turn around.
The hostess was serving attitude more than service. She refused us where we wanted and rolled her eyes on several occasions. I hate to leave a bad review, but note to the owner… Clean up your staff or be ready to lose business.
I’m full and satisfied with what the kitchen put out and our drinks were all on point, buy I can make a salad and whip up a margarita. I go out to be served… And not attitude.

Came here with my boyfriend. This is a pretty chill spot. I like the options on the menu. The parking is spacious.
It’s a good spot for hookah and to catch up with old friends. The atmosphere is lively but the setting is dim lighting.
