We came here on a weeknight last month for a immediate family low key birthday celebration. We found the environment to be on the smaller side but clean with laid back, kid-friendly young staff members. We got both regular thin crust and GF pizzas. You know– I wanted to hate it. I’m a bit of a food snob and I was fully ready to gripe and whine about how gross it was… But it was actually really great and I wanted more! There were some problems with some of the games but they had a guy out there trying to fix them and offered free tickets to compensate for the inconvenience. I usually hate kid friendly environments and other peoples kids and everything but it wasn’t crowded and the«music videos» we’re tolerable, current music. We had a really great time and would recommend it to others!

Extremely disappointed in this Chuck E. Cheese. We just moved to Sherman from Dallas and our 3 year old begged us for weeks to come here. Well, we did yesterday. First, they did not open on time. There was a family outside waiting(while us in our car) in the cold for 5 min after they were suppose to be open until they finally unlocked the doors. Second, the staff was very unfriendly. Nobody looked happy whatsoever. Not one staff member smiled to ANYONE during the time we were there. There was a rude older man(I think was the manager) who followed and watched my family the entire time we were there. Third, you would think after just opening, their food would be fresh. The pizza buffet looked disgusting, like it was sitting there for hours(maybe since he night before, who knows). We were there maybe 15 minutes, at most, before we left. We will not return to this location unless drastic changes are made. I’d much rather drive all the way to the Rockwall or Firewheel location in the future.
