Crazy Burrito

Easily my favorite place to eat in Sherman. It’s inexpensive with great, authentic, underrrated food. There’s not much seating, so I always get my food to go. The owners are extremely friendly and have my order memorized even if I don’t go back for weeks.
I’ve enjoyed what I’ve had, but there are a lot of options, so naturally some are much better than others. I wouldn’t get the chicken. It’s not bad, but it’s not anything special here. I recommend the pastor, carne asada and carnitas in ANYTHING. Their guac is delicious too and their pico tastes fresh. I also enjoy their shrimp cocktails which are super filling. They have breakfast burritos too — I love chorizo burritos, so I was so happy to be able to order them here. I usually custom order them with potatoes instead of beans and the owners are really nice about it. The breakfast burritos are a little dry, but it’s great with the sauce. Get the green sauce if you want a kick. Get the red sauce if you want to set your mouth on fire.
I only wish they were open Sundays!

If Taco Bus is 4 stars, then Crazy Burrito is 3.
I had a carne asada taco and a chicken taco. The carne asada was good, but the chicken taco left a lot to be desired. It was extremely water-​y for some reason?
Overall, it wasn’t bad, but it’s not on the top of my list of places to eat. I would rather go to Taco Bus any day.

Very tasty and a must have when in Sherman I only gave 4 start because by the time I got home the tortilla was soggy less juice on the Burritos to go please…

This place is more like a little taco stand. There’s some outside tables, but it’s mostly for take out. The food is sooo good and made to order. Seriously, the little hole in the wall places are the best. Must try. And get the mild/​green sauce!

Crazy good burrito! I had the #13 with chicken and it was amazing. The chicken was very juicy and flavorful. The rice and beans were perfect, and I am pretty sure the tortillas are homemade. I am stopping here every time I drive come to Sherman.
