The staff at Love Monument have been so helpful, understanding and compassionate during two occasions when I needed their services. They have got to be doing something right to be in business for as long as they have. Thank you so much for explaining the process and working so hard to make sure our markers looked just right.

Warning: This company is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and HORRIBLE to work with. They seriously need to change the name from «Love» to «Anything but Love». I attempted to work with a guy named Scott. He is clueless. Proof after proof and he couldn’t seem to get instructions right. Then suddenly in the middle of the process he sent back a proof that said «a Mother’s love» — uh, where the heck did that come from? We are working on a stone for my DAD you idiot! Things just got worse from there and I pulled my business.
I searched online and found a great place in Dallas (HW) that provided AWESOME service at half the price.
