Wonderful! I took Dakota, my dog, to the groomers and oh how they took care of her! They went above and beyond their jobs and my expectations. If there was an option for 6 stars they would get it. Highly recommended if you are looking for a groomer or just a great pet store

I’d like to thank the groomers at the Sherman location for taking such good care of my two Bichon girls. I’m not one to stick with a chain grooming company but I’ve tried Pet Smart grooming in three different states and have been happy with all of them.
The groomers are very professional.
Ginger and Bridget come home every time just how I like them to be groomed.
A little more expensive than local groomers, but the staff seem to be trained with higher standards.

They are GREAT at the Spa — my two Golden Retrievers luuuuv going there to be pampered! The staff’s really friendly, caring and good with the dogs too — otherwise I def wouldn’t take my sweeties there! I strongly recommend this place!

My dog loved this place. We needed new tags for our dogs because we are moving. The gal at the register could not have been more friendly or helpful in getting us what we needed. The 2 sided engraving machine was perfect for the information we wanted on the tags.
