I was in the store today for a little over 2 hours. I finally decided to go checkout and was going to spend around 300 $. They informed me that the credit cards were down and I could try back later. I said I had to work and might not make it back so they took my name and said it would be on hold until the next day. I did go back two hours later on my break and the credit cards were still down. I had to get back to work so I called them at 7:00pm because I knew I wouldn’t make it back before they closed. The manager on duty said the CC were still down and my items would be put up at close. That infuriates me. That’s means I wasted over 2 hours shopping and then would have to go back and look and find it all over again. I’ve always been a customer and love shopping there but I will never go back again. That is very bad business. I manage a store and we have had our CC go down and will hold the items due to it being our fault. I just can’t believe the poor customer service.

I’m a big fan of Ross stores. My favorite location is in Ardmore but I been to most of them around DFW/southern OK. This one mostly has Woman’s clothing, some men’s & childrens :) It’s a bit of a hop skip and jump for me but when I’m in the area I always hit it up! I love the shoe section u can alway find a great deal on something at this store. Very good prices on namebrand items & this location is newer and very clean ;p
