If I could give a zero, I would. My grandparents had them build a house in 2009. The foundation is so awful there are cracks all over the place. The floors are sinking. They have come to «fix» it, and all they do is caulk the cracks. I have never seen a house so crappy. If they were to sell the house tomorrow, it would never pass an inspection. Don’t waste your money. Choose another builder.
