DC made our vacation awesome! She gave us lots of options of where to go while staying within our budget. We chose the all inclusive resort Now Larimar in Punta Cana, and couldn’t have been happier with our choice! It was my 4oth Birthday, and the resort made it so special for me; a birthday cake, champagne and a banner on the door! She suggested Saona Island for an excursion and it was wonderful and so beautiful and made our trip even better. I highly recommend her!

We had wanted to take a big family vacation for a few years and DC patiently gave us so many options. We decided to book a Disney Caribbean cruise and it was nothing short of amazing. Cosmopolitan Travels was so helpful through the entire booking process. I will definitely call them for my next vacation.

DC booked our vacation to Puerto Rico and let me tell you, everything was perfect! From the guy who picked us up at the airport and took us to the hotel, well pretty much everything! She made everything so easy, our resort was absolutely stunning! We definitely got our money’s worth. We will always use her for our travel needs! The fact that she was there for us, she picked up the phone right away when we called her from there was very impressive!

Well I have read all the reviews and everyone speaks about about DC’s professionalism and how amazing she is when it comes to helping someone plan a vacation. I truly agree she is amazing. When I walked into her office I didn’t just meet the agent, but I met a generous and informative person. She has a personality that makes you feel welcome and most importantly she understands your needs and helps you get the best for your money. I took a group of 21 people to Huatulco Oaxaca on the 4^th of July. We had a blast because DC made sure we did. THANK YOU! DC we hope to see you soon on our next trip.

Where do I even begin… DC was amazing in helping us choose the right place for our honeymoon and not only that but helped us stay within budget… From the day that I reached out to her she was extremely helpful. She overnighted a few brochures and sent us a couple of pictures of the locations she had visited already. She made this so easy for us we booked right away. We just arrived from our honeymoon which was the week of 9÷29÷14 and stayed at El Dorado Seaside Suites near Cancun, Mexico. It was an all inclusive resort (adult only) and let me tell you, it was just amazing. We got the honeymoon package which gave us a free couples massage by the ocean and breakfast in bed and dinner by the sea plus other perks. DC knew what I wanted from the moment I spoke to her and explained that I wanted to feel spoiled and like we were truly on our honeymoon. She made it happen and was even nice enough to mail us very detailed travel documents. Trust me when I say «detailed»… From explaining and guiding us on how to fill out the mexican immigration card and alerting us as to who to avoid at the airport until reaching the person we were to provide with our transfer vouchers to reach our resort. DC is extremely professional and I highly recommend her. She’s the travel agent you want. She will make your travel experience unforgettable…
PS. The resort was beautiful and the staff was simply exceptional. They made us feel like royalty. We tipped them very well since they catered to our every need. The food was delicious in all the Restaurants within the resort and the drinks were amazing! Bartenders were great and every staff member would greet us… This place was beyond what we expected and I don’t think we would have found it without DC’s help. Thank you DC! You are simply the best!

It took me a while to write this review but DC was so great I just couldn’t go without writing about the wonderful experience I had booking my trip with her. DC was amazing i had trouble deciding on where to book my trip for my bday vacation and DC was just perfect she not only gave me great advice but she recommended hotels, places to visit and things to do. Me and my gf ended up deciding on a trip to cabo and the trip was a success we loved the resort and everything was amazing. I will definitely be booking my next vacation with DC!!!

I was one of the lucky travelers who booked an all-​inclusive trip with DC to Puerto Vallarta that took place early in October. From booking the trip, to handling payment, to the actual travel, the entire experience was top-​notch & a total breeze!
DC is a true professional who really knows her field — tropical travel is her expertise & she is at the top of her game. Since she travels everywhere she knows first hand what each property has to offer versus someone who is merely going off of what a website says about the property. I was pleasantly surprised when she hosted a meeting to go over our travel plans about a week prior to our departure. She handed each of us our travel itineraries & had flagged all of the important documents for our convenience, then went over how to pack just a carry-​on for easier travel, what the regulations for bringing liquid items were (like lotions & shampoos) and how to fill out the immigration forms (she even had samples with what we should write on them!) I was very impressed.
The trip itself was fantastic — we stayed at a brand new 5 star resort & were treated like royalty! We had a small hiccup when we arrived regarding our room accommodations, but DC handled it in a flash & we were upgraded to a $ 4,000 /​night suite with a balcony overlooking the beach! Like I said, everything was included from the world-​class cuisine to the drinks (yes, alcoholic!) to the service charges and resort fees, even our transportation & it was the most amazing deal. And having her direct phone number in case anything was amiss made me feel so relaxed & reassured. I’m so glad that I went & cannot wait to book another trip with her.

I just came back from Puerto Vallarta trip! DC does a really amazing job in arranging and organizing best travel experience for her clients. She is really passionate about travel and always stays on top of current trends. That’s how she found us a great all inclusive hotel which combines 2 types of experience: families with kids-​on one side, and adults only-​on the other side. She understand her client needs and deliver a great service. Our whole group was extremely happy with this trip. I’ve traveled a lot and based on my experience this was one of the best trips, because of the uniquness of the property, gourmet food, service and a great company.
Tip: She can beat pretty much any price that you’ll find on the Internet and give you a greater details about the property or she can advice you on a better resort which might not even come up on the list of some of the Internet resources.
Give it a shot, call DC and you’ll be pleasantly surprised and instantly appreciate the value of having a personal travel designer!

My husband and I booked our honeymoon to Cancun with DC and she was amazing. She told us all the ins and outs about Cancun and even booked our taxi service to pick us up from the airport to our hotel. DC is very knowledgable when it comes to traveling which is a plus. I highly recommend booking through this travel agency, if you think it’s more expensive, it’s not. DC was able to get is a better rate than expedia.

I first contacted DC when my 3 friends and I were looking to book a trip to Cancun, Mexico. She is so well travelled that she knew all the tiniest details for each hotel. Who else would know that they recently built a bridge from Cancun to Play Del Carmen — shortening a day trip to just 20 minutes?!
Not only did she give us her thoughts on the best hotels to choose from, but she also checked out flight schedules to find the one that would work best for the four of us. And we were able to use our AMEX points when booking, so everything was a win win.
DC is very quick to response. And she always makes herself available to you via her cell/​text messaging. Comes in handy when you’re running around from meeting to meeting and trying to plan a group vacation. Plus she is not pushy at all, so you feel comfortable telling her anything from your budget to what you want, what you don’t etc.
And if you think you will be charged more because you are booking through a travel agent. You are 100% wrong. Sorry, numbers don’t lie :)

I have been aware of Cosmopolitan Travels, Inc for a while now, as I’ve been hearing from friends and neighbors about it, I have never used a travel agency before but decided to trust them with booking a family vacation to Sea World including the park tickets.
It was extremely easy to deal with D.C., even when we had to change the date almost at the last minute it just took one quick phone call and we got a new confirmation by e-​mail, without being charged any penalties. We had a great time and we were confident to know that if a problem arose there was someone just a phone call away who was looking out for us. That would never happen with Expedia or any online booking site that I used to use.
After never using a travel agency before, I now get the huge benefit of using an agency like Cosmopolitan travels for all my future bookings.
I would highly recommend!
