You have to be kidding me. This place is a JOKE!!! Every time someone is good there they transfer them to another location. The employees did not know how to help me and were very rude. VERYVERYFRUSTRATING. I left and called AT&T on the«611» line and was helped immediately and they knew what they were doing. DON’T WASTEYOURTIME going to this store for help — just call 611. Can you tell I was very upset??? I was told the manager would call me the next day that he would probably be able to help me, BUTNEVERRECEIVED A CALL. GOODLUCKIFYOUGOTHERE!!!

worst customer service ever. Only had one person on the sales floor. The other associate was supposedly on lunch. We were told over a 20 min period numerous times that he would be back from lunch any minute. Two people that got there before us walked out.

*GOTOTHEAPPLESTORE* I know it seems EASIER to just get it over with at this store — I promise you, the agitation and poor human skills are just NOT worth it. Stopped in to upgrade my phone & experienced, let’s call her«Sharon» The Break Down of AWFUL Customer Service: 1. «Sharon» was NOT interested in LISTENING but instead cutting off. As we tried to explain what we understood would happen with our bill after the upgrade she was more intent on telling how how we were wrong: «Maybe what YOU understood was…» Turns out, we were RIGHT. 2. Absolutely degrading in how she chose to speak in tone & word choice about a) not buying a phone case with them: «Ok, then. I guess you live on the edge but I’ve seen it time and time again where people walk out and break their phone…» with a «don’t come crying to me» attitude. 3. Felt berated with the decision to pass on the Direct-TV upsale. Not only did we say no once, but twice. When her boss asked her, «Did you ask them about Direct-TV?» Her response? «Yup. They said no. They have Hulu.» Again it was tone. If you want smiles, normal kind human interaction & people who seem like they have a job that pays the bills that they’re thankful for, don’t stop here.

Worst service ever. I’m not super educated around cell phones and what’s hot and not, but I could sell a phone better than these employees. They don’t know anything, it’s glaringly obvious which phones they make the most commission on(they won’t even show you anything else). This is why online sales are beating out in store sales. Don’t bother with this«Authorized» dealer. Instead head over to Bridgeport and check out the corporate store. Excellent service and selection.

Anytime I have ever gone into the store for help I’ve always received nothing but the best! The employees always greet you the moment you enter the store and make sure that you are waited on in the order in which you came in. I’ve never had any difficulties with any employees and there, ever, and they always help me with any account changes or any issues that I needed to work out by changing a phone number or adding a new service. Overall great place to do business.

Sitting in the store right now with 2 employees sitting at the table next to me. There are 5 employees in the store and 4 customers. I’ve yet to be acknowledged. This is the second time I’ve been in here within the last week, the first time I left after 30 minutes of sitting here without being helped. Terrible customer service, to say the least.
