I am giving a 3 star review because of the owner’s poor communication. I can never get a hold of anyone when I call and no one returns your phone calls even if you leave a message. The owner does respond to emails.
I also don’t like the $ 150 cancellation fee even though I explained to the owner that we had a family emergency. It was only a few days short of 30 days cancellation policy. The owner did agree to apply the fee for the next booking. The house is ok but needs work.
