Incendiary CrossFit

BUYER BEWARE: The owner will do/​say anything to get your money (including, but not limited to, being deceitful about your contract). He claims to be military friendly, but at the end of the day he will still throw military members under the bus. He is money hungry and doesn’t actually care about an individual unless it supports his cause. I learned this from personal experience and will never go back, nor will I recommend this gym to anyone.

Being an experienced CrossFit athlete the most important criteria I look for in a new box is how the programming is, how the athletes interact with one another and new athletes, and of course how the coaching and owner (s) are.
After experiencing a less than optimal CrossFit box within a few miles of ICF I decided to move on and try Incendiary CF.
I was given a free week trial and was not disappointed! The owner’s programming is thoughtful and not only gives you a great balance of strength and conditioning, but he also puts a huge emphasis on mobility which for people like me who came into CrossFit all tight and wound up is just as important as the WOD itself!
The gym is big and open, I don’t feel claustrophobic like I did at the gym down the road. Another big thing for me is cleanliness and this is the only gym I’ve been to where the athletes and coaches take the time to wipe down all the equipment after use, preventing the spread of unwanted bacteria.
The biggest seller for me was the community. My first time visiting I was welcomed by everyone and put at ease. I have met some amazing and inspirational athletes here and walk around with my ICF gear with pride.
Kenny and his wife are very open about the contract policies and are two of the most honest people I have met, full of integrity and pride in their gym.
I recommend this place to anyone looking for a fresh outlook on CrossFit!

Did the first wk trial and was inspired to join on as a member. The family atmosphere is addicting. And this place is awesome for beginners! The on ramp program helped tremendously. I really can’t express how through and welcoming the coaches are. I’m learning more about mobility and form than I ever did from playing previous sports!

I was in town for a week and needed my crossfit fix. Incendiary Crossfit was just what the doctor ordered. The facilities are spotless, the equipment is clean, and the coaches are knowledgeable. I like a box that has a strong community atmosphere and is open to outsiders. I felt very welcome. Everyone introduced themselves right away and we had a great time burning it up.
Give this affiliate a try when you are in town, you won’t regret it. I plan on returning when I go back to town.
