Poor service… And terrible customer service. Also upon looking at Unilocal reviews it appears that the lisa who has good reviews is also the owner of the company

I purchased a ½ price deal for 4 man hours of work from this business ($ 199). They came and gave us an estimate for what we wanted done… weeding and spraying and bark dust. A small and very simple job — not a big front or back yard with minimal vegetation to remove. The estimate was verbal and was to include the front and back yards The estimate was overpriced ($ 650) — especially when you consider the 4 hrs of labor already paid for. We requested a written break down of the estimate and received a marginal outline of the costs. But, we went ahead with the job. BIG MISTAKE! The red flags were there and sure enough, there were problems. The crew arrived and got to work… no problem at first… until they ran out of bark dust. The crew called the office and the office stated we needed to pay and additional $ 325 for more bark dust. They had already started work on the back yard when they had to stop. When we objected, the office then claimed the back yard was not included in the estimate. After that call, we declined to go further with the job. My husband tried calling and emailing the office to discuss this with them but the calls and emails were blocked. So … don’t deal with these people unless you have a strong detailed estimate in writing. For a simple job we didn’t think we would have any problems… be careful! Oh yeah… another way they add charges to your job… if you live outside the Beaverton area… we were 1.5 miles outside the 15 mile limit that they usually cover… although they work as far as West Linn and Oregon City according to their web site.

Mainstream Landscape has been maintaining both my home and my rental properties in Oregon for almost a year. The crews are always on-​site in a timely manner and do an excellent job!
