Well, another pizza experience gone bad. We called in for delivery and it took 15 minutes just to order 3 simple pizza’s. The order taker seemed VERY confused about the order. We were put on hold 3 times for some reason which was strange. Anyway, the pizza arrived within about 30 minutes. Sad to say, the pizza toppings were alright but the crust was terribly bland and seemed undercooked. I was going to call back to complain, but just decided I would stick with Papa Murphys.
I do have to agree with the previous comment, Pizza Hut’s quality has definitely gone down hill.

Nothing wrong with this particular location. Pizza Hut standards overall continue to fall compared to the rest of the country. I am confident to say that even with stuffed crust, Pizza Hut is the worst pizza option I have had in the last 10 years.

Best service ever. The supervisor is so cute and very charming! I got my pizza super fast even though I ordered at the store! I love their veggie pizza and can’t get enough of their cheesy bread! Not to mention getting to look at that cute butt the whole time!
