I called Immaculate Cleaning Solutions and spoke with Matthew. I was trying to arrange for a window cleaning service for my parents, and he was initially very courteous. He called my parents and arranged for a time for them to come and do the cleaning. When the day came, they did not show up. No phone calls, no contact of any sort with my parents or with me. My mom was outraged and needless to say, we hired another company
