I give it a one star because it won’t let me give them NO stars… This place is a joke. No prices on the products … You have to ask… They claim they are cheaper than the internet which is total bs as I order stuff all day long over the internet way cheaper. I stoped by tonite cause I seen a line of people outside with some tents set up. Although I stoped by the ice cream shop first for my once a month ice cream and walked Down to see what was going on. I see all the store employees in their black shirts standing around… I ask what is going on if it’s a tent sale or what… Well nobody acknowledge me and I finally figured it was some pro body builders signing autographs or something… But I felt the whole staff was just rude for ignoring me… Guess cause I had ice cream they figured I didn’t fit in or something bit I am a regular workout guy… Whole place is a joke!!!

I come in fairly often, and I am always curious about products and meal plans and life in general.
The employees here are very, very knowledgable and I highly recommend this store. They don’t push products (at least not in my experiences) and spend a lot of time with me every time I come in, even if I don’t spend a lot of money.
I talk a lot and ask a lot of questions– they always have answers and patience. Great customer service.

The guy running this place was so informative when I came in to get my new product. I also got a percent off for hearing the adverstisement on the point. He asked me many questions to make sure that the product I chose was right for me over a few different ones. He also gave me literature and told me what I need to be doing as far as exercise and eating. I let him know that we are moving to Hawaii soon and he even offered to ship it to me since I won’t have a superstore there. 5 star place for sure!
