Our experience with Certified Property Rescue was awesome. When I came home from work to an inch of water in my house, and a waterfall pouring out my front door, I called CPR and they came out right away. Their water damage techs were outstanding, and very helpful throughout the whole process. A month later, my wife had a small flood at her office, and she didn’t hesitate to call CPR again to clean up that water damage too. It is hard to find great service like CPR has in this day and age. I couldn’t possibly recommend them more.

A rep from Certified Property Rescue, Sherri Scott, wrote to me: «Your insurance carrier did not pay our invoice in full. Please note that all of our services provided were pre-​approved by the insurance carrier. Please submit the past due balance of $ 674.47 to prevent this matter from proceeding to collections.»
How rude and unprofessional. This is the first time they even made contract with me and presented this invoice to me and they are threatening collections already? They should be organized in their billing processes.

After being away for a week I came home to find a flooded downstairs bathroom and living room. CPR was excellent! I phoned, they gave me a quote for removing the carpet and pad, and sent a team of two very polite and professional young men out to our home who proceeded to quickly get the job done. The quote was right on, they took everything to the dump, and no hidden costs. .. This was the easiest and nicest company I have worked with for a long time. I’m keeping their card and will not hesitate to tell people about them.

This company is amazing. I had water damage. They came out immediately and did such a good job. They were highly professional, competent, and courteous. Good people who knew what they were doing. My state farm claims adjuster noted what a good job they did. They had specialized equipment that a lot of companies don’t which helped save a LOT of time and money because they didn’t have to tear down the dry wall. I found them on google. I just got lucky. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again.
