Yay flea market! Pro tip: The hours are actually 9ish-3ish on Saturday ONLY!!! I say the times are«ish» because it’s on the Rez, and Indian time is a real thing, sooo. I usually get there around between 10 – 1 and things are popping. I did all of my Christmas shopping here, and I typically come here when I want to get handmade gifts for friends and family. The prices here are wayyyyy better than you’ll find in any store or trading center. Despite that though, you can still find some very expensive quality items here if that’s what you’re looking for. They have everything from fair food, crafts, jerky, clothes, movies, music, ceremony items(cedar, sage, etc.) and there are even people who sell puppies sometimes! Even if you don’t want to buy anything the flea market is totally the place to be in Shiprock on a Saturday.
