The pretzels are great but their hours are not. They don’t follow Their posted hours. It sucks to get all excited for a delicious pretzel and have show up only to see a dark counter… More than once a week. We weren’t the only disappointed party. Go to JoJo’s in the Davis Mercantile.

I love, love, love soft pretzels. I saw Ben’s Soft Pretzels, and I couldn’t resist. And I’m glad I didn’t. The price is super reasonable considering the size. This pretzel is not only the size of a human face, but it’s also really thick. All that for only $ 3.50– how can you go wrong? There’s a perfect balance of salt on the outside. The outside is flaky and buttery, and the inside is fluffy, as a pretzel should be. I got mine original; that is, with no extra flavorings or toppings. They do however offer garlic, Parmesan, and cinnamon among other topping choices. I did however pay an extra .50 to get a cup of cheese with mine. This is the only downfall about my pretzel-eating experience. The pretzel is so massive, but the cheese cups are rather small. I wish I would have known that so I could have bought two cups, or I wish they gave you a bigger cup. I ran out of cheese about halfway through my pretzel. This is a great snack that’s fairly priced, but buy extra cheese. You won’t regret the extra cost.

Their soft pretzels are literally the best I’ve ever had. Crispy outside with a light fluffy inside. They brush the outside with butter and then let you sprinkle whatever topping you’d like on top. We’ve only ever tried the cinnamon and sugar and Parmesan cheese. They are both so good we have a hard time bringing ourselves to try anything else. Helpful hint for those looking to buy the box mix to make the pretzels at home: the box comes with a free pretzel coupon that they allow you to use when you buy the box.
