Hands down, best pretzels ever. Other things available also, though, and a great coffee shop adjoining(you can get items from both and sit down and have them together). Long, long lines at times, but they move pretty fast.

Always love this place!!! Some days the wait can be a little long but the line moves quickly. They make great pretzels and will customize them many ways. Had a whole wheat one with no butter and salt… tasted delicious!

Each time I’ve been in Shipshewana, I’ve gone to Ben’s Pretzels. This time, I read about JoJo’s and decided to try them as well. JoJo’s is in the Davis Mercantile mall, which is probably why I hadn’t noticed it before; I’d been in the mall, but wasn’t looking for food. This time, though, I sought it out. JoJo’s pretzels are a bit thinner and baked a little darker than Ben’s, but they are still very large — and a lot less expensive. I bought 2 to take home with me, and they filled my car with the most wonderful aroma. Unlike Ben’s, JoJo’s did have mustard available at no charge — both in a large jar pump as well as little packets. I warmed up a pretzel in the microwave at home, and it was just as soft and smelled just as good as it did when I first purchased it. Light, tasty and slightly sweet, the pretzels just made my mouth happy.

Nice atmosphere. Nice location. I’ve never had anything here other than pretzels and drinks, but the pretzels are good. The coke décor is pretty cool too.

What is it about JoJo’s Pretzels that makes me such a fan?! That slightly sweet, slightly salty pretzel is the perfect snack in between checking out fabric’s at Lolly’s, stocking up on bulk candies at Aunt Millie’s, and browsing the dulcimer collection at Simple Sounds. It could also be the nostalgia associated with coming here often with my siblings, grandmother and mom when I was a kiddo, always a good time. Stop by if you’re visiting the Mercantile Building in Shipshewaka!

We went here twice in one weekend — it was THAT good! As my five year old says, «best pretzels I have had in my whole entire life!» Awesome to see them rolling the dough and twisting the pretzels, dipping them in water and shaking on the salt. They were delicious. Such a gem in a great little Amish country town.

I’ve been going to Shipshewana for years, and have always walked past and smelled the wonderful smells coming from Jojos… but didn’t actually stop to try it until last year. The long line always scared me off in the past. Oh my goodness! I have been missing out! A hot, soft pretzel fresh out of the oven is the way to go. It seriously melted in my mouth! Now I’m counting down the days until my next Shipshewana trip just so I can get a pretzel!

They roll ‘em out in front of you, run them through the oven, and then you devour them! If you go to Shipshe without stopping at Jojo’s, you have made a huge HUGE mistake. While the kids may prefer there’s with cinnamon or sugar, I prefer mine with salt, and then I mix the 2 kinds of mustard into a combo and have a party in my mouth. A coke from an old-style bottle also helps it go down. Yum !

There’s not a better pretzel anywhere on this earth. Going back home to IN in a few weeks and we’re now planning a trip to Shipshewana for the day – just for the pretzels!
