Very organized, good looking store. Staff was kind and helpful. The store was way too quiet and made shopping there very awkward. The prices also seemed to be a bit high compared to other stores. Adding some music would create a more welcoming atmosphere!

Mastic Beach, NY

This is the best looking comic shop on LI. Very clean and new! The owner Mac, is very friendly and knowledgeable about comics. If you are curious about comics he is the guy to talk to. I walked in after about 10 years of not reading a single comic book and he showed me what i should check out. Which was Bloodshot from Valiant comics. Which was a great book! I recommend you ask about it when you go check out the store. Also there are really good incentives for those that start a pull list. 10% off if you get 10 or more books on your pull list. Lots of Magic the Gathering cards and board games too.
Also if you are a Avengers fan (lets be honest who isn’t) you should check out Avengers and Iron Man comics. All really good reads!

Awesome new LCS! The owner is building a great selection of back issues and there’s all the new titles and trades to choose from too. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a comic shop east of Holtsville. Having this in Shirley is a great addition to the area.
