Unbelievably slow, 3 people on drive thru and 1 at the counter. Waited about 10 minutes in line then decided to leave, save the trouble and go to the Devens dunkins, they have it figured out.

it’s a generally a pleasure coming here, but all I ask is for CONSISTENCY!
If I order iced coffee, it should have the same amount of ice every time! You aren’t doing me any favors by giving me less ice. Iced coffee is meant to be as cold as it can be – the cup should be nearly fully of ice!

I do not know why people are saying this drive thru is fast, because it’s the slowest one I’ve ever been to. I always get the wrong order, the lines are always long. It’s definitely a last minute resort for me in the morning.

They are always super fast at the drive through. Staff is courteous and definitely on top of things. Never had a bad experience here, and everything is always exactly as I ordered it.

Pleasant location. Service is always very courteous and friendly. My coffee is always prepared spot-​on. The drive-​through is a tight turn to get into, and the parking lot is small, but other than that I have only positive experiences here.
