I would definitely agree that this location did not provide the service that I have come to expect as a repeat customer. I really didn’t even want to go back. I did anyway to give it another shot. They had a new manager there by the name of Robert. After having this experience with this new manager I for sure will be back. I know a lot about cars and apparently so does the manager and his crew. I absolutely could sit in the waiting room without looking through the window as they work on my car. Complete trust and comfort in knowing my car is being worked on by qualified people. Pheew
The manager even said he was a graduate from mechanics school.

I would not recommend this place based on customer service. I have yet until this place to be at a jiffy lube where the customer service wasn’t excellent. Other jiffy lubes also make it a habit to vacuum your car, not a huge deal but they didn’t. Update, 2 weeks after my oil change my oil change light came on. It seems as if they didn’t even complete the service they got paid 80 dollars to do. After asking around about the place several people recommended to never go there.
