Used this company twice. First time, really no complaints. Rental items are old, but what can you do when you need a tent, table & chairs for a big party .
Second time, tent & chairs were very dirty. They tried to hose off the tent which was OK. Chairs, that was another problem. They left them dirty. I had to go outside with a Mr Clean magic eraser and clean off the 80 chairs — not too difficult but why am I cleaning them?
Called the company, nice girl, said the «driver» manager would call me back. 3 months later, no calls … Spend a few extra $$$ and rent from a different company with cleaner, newer rental items!

All I can say is– spend the extra money ANYWHERE ELSE! This company is such a nightmare to deal with esp the ‘boss’. I had a party booked for weeks n 10 days b4 my party I got a condescending phone call from Theresa about a permit, i found out what I had to do n returned the phone call to an even ruder Theresa. Had it not been graduation weekend I would have just gotten another tent from another company but none were available, who btw do the permits themselves– to make matters worse they put the tents up n had to come back to redo it cause it was ‘the worst job he’s ever seen’ said the fire marshal, when I called to tell them again I got met with a very rude man n the fire marshal took over the phone call! What a total nightmare! Never again
