My experience at this apartment was generally positive. The new management team has done a solid job in upgrading the amenities, particularly by purchasing additional washing machines & dryers, upgrading the elevator, and also by permitting the parking lot so that parking was always available.
Maleeta, the property manager, is very responsive to the needs of the tenants and was an absolute professional in all of my dealings with her. As long as she is working at the apartment, I would recommend renting an apartment at Château.
