Fong Tommy, DDS

I called last Friday to ask if Dr. Fong had an opening next Friday (today). Was told I could be seen at 12:30. But, when I showed up, was told my appointment had been at 11, and Dr. Fong doesn’t work on Fridays. Not cool.

Dr. Fong and most everyone I have interacted with at Highlands West have been very professional and friendly. The dentists and assistants are knowledgeable and put me at ease. The facility is clean and modern. As another person mentioned, being able to watch TV while getting dental work done is a big plus! Anything to distract me from what is getting worked on in my mouth is a good thing.
The main reason I originally chose Highlands West a few years ago is that they are open on evenings and Saturdays. This is so convenient that I don’t have to take a whole half day off work to make an appointment. I am glad I found this dentist! The parking situation is convenient as there is always a place to park.

OK, I don’t even live in Seattle anymore and I give Dr. Fong 5 stars. I’ve lived in AZ for the last 10 years, and after seeing four dentists here, I’m convinced Dr. Fong is the greatest dentist in the world. He’s friendly, funny, super gentle, and he lets you watch TV with headphones while he works on you. He even puts Vaseline on your lips to keep them from catching on the rubber gloves. Evening hours, too. If I were rich, I would hop a plane to Seattle for the day just for dental visits. He’s that good.

From the accounting, to reception, to the dentists we have seen, our experience with this group is absolutely exceptional. Truly above and beyond. These guys are genuinely friendly, courteous, and helpful — plus I feel like they are straight shooters — they are not a group of dentists that wrongly tell you things in your mouth need attention just to make more money. I am so pleased that I found this group — they have an orthodontist on site — and the head guy makes his own crowns, instead of sending that service out. It is hard to find any forum about good dentists —
is simply a paid search group — and was not helpful at all. I really look forward to my next dentist appointment — if you can believe it!

Dr. Fong and his parter Dr. Bennett run a really wonderful place. Located in the Highlands West Dental building just off of Aurora on N. 185^th in Shoreline, this group really is the BEST!
State of the art equipment, i.e. digital x-​rays, clean environment and who could forget the hot towel after all the work is done. I like this place because they are open all hours of the day and night! Need to make an appointment for after work and you are getting home late? They can accommodate! Weekends, whatever you need to fit your lifestyle, the staff really tries to make your experience comfortable and relaxing. If you need more than what Dr. Fong and his group can provide they work in conjunction with other specialists, we have been very pleased with these associates as well.
All three of my kids see Dr. Fong, they love, yes LOVE going to see him. His office has three kinds of video game systems in the waiting room and my wife and I can catch up on the latest gossip with all the magazines the office subscribes to!
Truly this is «pain free» dentistry! Plenty of parking, great staff and appointment making can be done online! Oh, plus they have a garage sale every year and donate all the profits to PAWS! Check out Miko on the website!
