A provider who cares and listens. That is the hallmark of Dr. Finch. I have seen him for years and he is always one step ahead in his current knowledge, always ready to try new things and make a difference in your care.
The staff is always sweet and attentive.
To me he’s always doc of the year.

He’s friendly and once you’re being seen, he gets you in and out quickly. However, getting an appointment can be a pain, and the waiting room wait times are sometimes outrageous, which sucks (please plan your appointments better so I don’t waste all my sick time in the waiting room!).
I was super happy with him from the get-​go, but am less so these days. He seems quite the Rx-​happy doctor, and (it seems to me) would rather write an Rx than find the source of a problem. Not sure if I will keep him as my primary doc for much longer.

John is a good doctor. He’s knowledgeable, caring and fun to talk to. I have been visiting him since 2005 and will probably keep on going.
The only complain I have is, he’s always busy and appointment is not easy to come around, need to plan ahead, way ahead! Sometimes months ahead! Other than that, I am satisfied with everything else.
