Went into this place for the first time and got my sister a Christmas present. The lady was very friendly and the product wasn’t that much.

Horrible employees. Wouldn’t honor their 40% coupon but I still got something cute dispute the rude girls. Love the store not your staff at this location.

I wasn’t sure if I wanted to be offended or not at first when I was asked for my ID. I am 31 and she thought or at least acted as though I was 18. Eventually things smoothed over and we laughed about it. The store has a wide variety of quality items and the store is clean and well organized. It looks like a chain store, however, the selections are a bit of everything. There isn’t a huge selections of specific items, there are just samples, however, that is to be expected in a conservative area. I am surprised that there is even a sex shop at all to be honest. They did have some plus sized lingerie but once again just samples. The have a baking section with high quality penis cake pans but only one of my friends is getting married this year and I am sure that selected family members would not appreciate a penis cake pan. You can buy stocking stuffers at $ 1 — $ 3. The customer service was decent. I was sociable enough that she fed off my vibe.

This store has a pretty wide selection of Hustler clothing, but the Hustler clothing was always a bit on the pricier side. They also have the more risqué lingerie (teddies and crotchless panties) as well as the «classier» styles like baby dolls and bustiers. It all depends on your mood and style! And some of their lingerie is only $ 25+tax! Not the best quality, but not a bad deal.
I was curious to also see what their shoe selection was like. When I visited, they were selling a simple pair of Ellie’s for only $ 10!!! But too bad the sizes were only for 5’s and 10 – 11’s. The rest of the shoes that they had on display weren’t that great and very limited and the prices were a little overwhelming for Pleaser’s and Ellie’s.
As for customer service, I think I got the same vibe as the other reviewers who visited. The staff either looks extremely bored or very unwelcoming.
This is not a bad place to visit if you can’t wait to buy something for a crazy night, but if you’re on a budget, you might as well try and look online. Prices are probably better there.

This is my favorite kind of store in WA. Not the cheapest. The person that was working there seemed not in a good mood or not wanted to work but whatever. I got what I wanted and pleased with it.
