I usually come here whenever one of my car lights burn out.
All you have to do is tell them what kind of car you drive, they look up the part, walk out from behind the counter, and grab it off the shelf for you.
It is never too busy in here, and the staff are approachable and easy to talk to. Parts are affordable, and they don’t try to up-​sell you anything. If you got a question, they will try their best to answer rather than saying they don’t know.
They do admit that they do not lend the diagnostics tool, but they will tell you where you can borrow one for free.
Not bad at all.

I brought a part in looking for an exact replacement. They sold me what they thought was an exact replacement and it turns out that it wasnt even close. When I brought this to their attention they basically said «so what».

Okay, so I’m giving it two stars for the price, and that’s about it. This place is pretty disorganzed. Got a quote on a battery in the morning, and a more expensive one that afternoon on the same battery. What? Had to order it special. Said it would be in the next day. The next day I go to get it, and find after trying to install it, I discovered that they gave me the wrong one and it was bad! My battery hadn’t come in at all yet. Secondly, they were supposed to call when it came and never did. But, checked all the other places, and this is the third time Napa has been cheapest on parts.
