My hot water heater started leaking. I contacted several ‘big name’ plumbing companies in the area as well as Keelan from Timeless. Others called back with fees for an estimate and other issues. Keelan called back on a Saturday and suggested a Hybrid water heater, which the other three did not even mention. I purchased one and Keelen came when promised to do the install. He is a delight! I had no issue leaving him to do his thing while I want out and did mine. Keelan did the install, suggested a less expensive way to discard my old water heater and completed the paperwork for the rebate from the city. I will have Keelan come back for any of my plumbing needs. Great customer service!

Timeless Plumbing is the sort of service I hope never disappears. After some failed attempts with an instant booking company, our neighbor connected us with Timeless Plumbing. Keelan has been a life-​saver on several occasions for us. Whether it showing up with short notice on the July 4th holiday weekend to install 3 bathroom faucets, or coming after hours to replace washer/​dryer valves — he has been amazing and does quality work. Highly recommended.

We had our old tub and sink ripped out and new ones installed. Keelan is a pro! He did a fantastic job and was a pleasure to work with.
It was an all around great experience.
