It was 8:30am, I needed to get a replacement system to a client on the Northwest side, who had an emergency pop up but had sales appointments throughout the day. My client had called their usual courier services… none could get it done before 1:30pm and they wanted a minimum of $ 150 just to drop it off. We need the old unit back and to make sure all the parts were there. I called Handle My Task… they picked up the new unit from my office, delivered it to the client, checked that all the parts were in place and returned the old unit to my office before 12 noon … all for less than the others wanted for the one way trip!
