The Tint Factory

Called on a Saturday afternoon and to my surprise they were able to get me in but said that it might take a while so I just dropped the car off. The owner was very nice explained the difference in tiny and showed examples on other cars there, gave me his honest opinion which I took. The tint came out very nice they explained the after care and if I had any problems to let them know. I would definitely go there again and they also do detail cleaning

UPDATE, The Tint Factory/​Final Touch Auto Spa’s website showed they are open on sunday so i drove over to again talk to the owner regarding my tint job. When i arrived they were closed but i knocked on the owners exterior office door to my surprise he was there. He came out so i could point out the defects again and finally he said for me to come back on Monday and he would give me a full refund. I asked him if he wanted to take off the tint and he responded that i can have it. I then inquired about how difficult it would be to remove the tint and he just said the longer i wait the harder it would be. At this point i didn’t want them touching my vehicle ever again. So i went home and spent 2.5−3 hours removing the tint and glue from my windows after i stopped at the store to buy a chemical to aid in removing the glue. Monday i returned to get my refund and the owner said pull my vehicle in so they could remove the tint. Well i had already done that and on my way out the owner wished me GOOD LUCK. I then went to the window tint company in Naperville on Ogden ave. who’s name begins with a «Z» for my 12:30 appointment and was out of there by 2:30 and the tint looks great. Also i was incorrect on the price difference the place in Naperville was only $ 20 more not $ 60 as i mentioned in my previous review. So all in all i wasted about 10 hours of my life dealing with The Tint Factory/​Final Touch Auto Spa. In the end the owner did do the right thing and refund my money but he made sure i earned it. Once again from one consumer to another, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED and GOOD LUCK!!!

Very neat location. They have a tint area along with a wash, detail, and oil change area. The price was nice. The people just as nice. And, the quality of their work was amazing.

The guys over there know their stuff. Came in for a short and quick consultation Monday and had my tinting done on that Friday, and came out very happy. They do showroom level detailing as well. Cant wait to come back and get that done to my X5 as well. Thanks tint factory for a job well done!
