Expensive and Rude Employees I visited this location to ship a package. I needed to print my shipping label, and thought this would be an easy affair. I have visited other UPS franchises, and they have been willing to print labels at very low costs. This place wanted to charge me 3.00 to print it! I told them I though this was expensive, and both the employee and franchise owner became rude and dismissive. I worked in retail for many years, and never would have treated a customer the way they did. I left without printing it. I went to Kinkos, paid 15 cents to have them print the label, and dropped the package off at a nearby UPS pickup point.

I have been a box owner at this location for four years. When my box renewal came up a few months ago I prepaid for 1 year. Unfortunately, I have to move due to business and I ask for a 6 month refund of the box fees I prepaid since I would be moving out of the area. The Owner/Manager refused to refund any portion of my prepaid box fees. I have used this location for all of my shipping needs for the past four years, but my overall patronage and customer loyalty was of no consequence to the owner. I would not recommend prepaying for mail box fees beyond the minimum six month requirement. Disappointed.
