I like this place, the food was amazing, unlimited refills and it has that awesome multi-soda dispenser. The inside of the restaurant was as beautiful as the outside. The atmosphere is really friendly. Waiting for my order took a few minutes and it tasted fresh. Staff was okay… there was a bunch of loud, obnoxious teenagers there too but i’d come back.

This is the worst Wendy’s ever, and the employees are lacking brains, courtesy and common sense. I have had this location screw up orders from the drive thru over and over again, so I went in the restaurant to order. The girl at the front counter not only took the wrong order for my daughter, but then shorted us an order of fries. When I double checked, there was no apology or anything. When I asked her to refund the chicken sandwich, and give the nuggets my daughter ordered she said no. She was ignorant, and when I finally came out and asked for an apology, she ignored me. The manager should fire her, as she has cost Wendy’s my business forever. Smart-mouthed teenagers like this should not have jobs.

Tried to grab something from here last night with the BF. We were driving around the restaurant to pull into the driveway and one of the male employees who wears glasses was standing in the kitchen with his fingers in his mouth. Of course I just kept going. Maybe he bites his nails but how disgustingly nasty to notice before purchasing food.

I don’t normally review fast food places but I thought with the makeover to the Wendy’s image, why not! This is still the same Wendy’s only with an face-lift. Which is a good thing. I don’t ever eat fast food but on the rare occasion that I do, I go to Wendy’s with the kids.

I ordered two salads and they looked pathetic. The lettuce was browning on the edges and was almost frozen(chicken was hot though). The person taking the order gave me two half salads when I ordered two full. This seemed to frustrate not only the drive up girl but also the manager. They basically acted like I made the mistake when they messed up. Every time I go here it’s around 7:30−8pm and the workers are totally disinterested in doing a good job. If Dave Thomas see they way they act he would be very disappointed.
