We came here on a Monday at 11am. For a late breakfast/​lunch.
I ordered the fried egg and cheese sandwich that came with sweet potato fries
The food wasn’t bad but we waiting about 35 mins for our food. We literally were about to just walk out because we were on a time crunch.
I give this place a 3 stars because the service was a bit slow.

We came in and ordered a couple of sandwiches and it took 30 – 40 minutes for sandwiches!
The coffee cake was good and service was friendly at least…

After reading all the glowing comments, I decided to retry the place hoping it has improved from my previous visit. I will talk about the positive, the bisquit was one of the best I have had on the mountain and the coffee is strong and flavorful. Now the negative; the menu is difficult for those of us with bifocals and I could not find any hand held menus. Next, the gravy was advertised as sausage gravy and yet I found no sausage, only pepper and overly salted gravy. The lady taking the order seemed angry at the world and quite impatient that we could not follow the menu, and there was no one behind us in line. My wife’s omelet was very good and she liked the hash browns. I see no reason to return and really have difficulty figuring out why so many rave about this place. Must be friends and family!

I had the special for the day. Banana and strawberry pancakes… They were amazing and about the size of a 1955 Chevy hubcap. Huge and so fresh. If you are in Show Low and are hungry for a great breakfast or lunch, this is the spot.
The 2 young ladies that helped out front were so friendly and helpful.
There is no reason to go anywhere else.

We loved the special of the day Maple Bacon and Candied Walnut Pancakes! The Brown Sugar French Toast was delicious too. Quick and friendly service. And the menu was all very reasonably priced. Overall definitely recommend this place for breakfast.

Get the parmesan sweet potato fries. Actually, get two orders and skip the burger. Well, the burgers are pretty good, but the fries are better. I have had most of the burgers, they are all pretty good, but they do all need salt (small thing — but it is true). I am sure all of the sweet cakey things are wonderful if you are into that kind of thing, but I prefer the fries.

Stopped in for breakfast. Friendly, patient staff, and a Locals’ Place (cheerily greeted frequent diner, Bob, by name and knew what he was going to order). My kids were not disappointed with the huge cinnamon rolls, with or without walnuts, and truth be told, neither was I! Husband happy with the coffee; this is his measure of a good breakfast. If we find ourselves back in the area, I would stop in again.

The service was not good. Definitely not friendly. Maybe we caught the staff on a bad day. Husband ordered biscuits and gravy and it was cold. I ordered the twisted blt with an egg over medium and the egg was way too runny. More over easy than medium. My plate was a huge mess. Our son had the kids pancakes and not the smartest move to put piping hot syrup (the only thing that was warm) in a metal container. Was really looking forward to enjoying this breakfast but definitely a let down. Will not be back and will probably stick with our usual sweethearts café.

We stopped here for lunch. Crowded but a good choice! My burger was excellent as were the homemade chips. My lady had a broccoli cheese soup and sweet potato fries. The food was nicely prepared and nicely served. The locals must really like this place because it was packed. I would have liked to purchased a bakery dessert, but you had to order at the register and there was a line out the door.
We would love to eat here frequently.

This bakery and restaurant is the favorite among my friends and I. The portions are ample, and all the ingredients are fresh. They now have a talented cake decorator so you can order A special occasion Cake. There lemon bars are the best I’ve ever tasted. The only issue is they are so popular it’s hard to find a parking place.

Unilocal lead us to this place as we were on a road trip and it delivered! We arrived at 10:30, so we’re able to try something from the lunch and dinner menu. Everything we ordered was delicious. This isn’t just good food for show low — it’s good food for anywhere.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the service was speedy. Just pull over and give them your money. You won’t be disappointed.

Salt Lake City, UT
Pretty good food, with quality meat, breads and other ingredients. Great service and staff. We had some alergy issues and they did their best to accommodate is. After not to long of a wait for our food, they offered us two pastries for our time. My ears also perked up when their ambiance guitarist started playing «ghost riders in the sky» by Johnny Cash.

I’ve never been inside the place,
Mostly because it doesn’t look like if for its always so busy. Guys from work have picked up orders before I’ve always had the cowboy burger and it has always been great. I’ve paired it with the parmesan fries which the first time were awesome these last two time the fires were soggy with some dry crumbly cheese dumped on top not very appetizing but the burger made up for it. We also had someone bring us a box of cupcakes from the place they definitely don’t cheat you on frosting I scraped about half off but that’s just me the cakes themselves I give a thumbs up.

Highly recommended by my brother and sister in law who are locals, we decided to stop in for a quick bite and much needed coffee on our trek home.
I had the eggs Benedict with hash browns along with a frozen mocha. The eggs Benny were cooked perfectly and the hash browns were the shredded variety which I so love. Yummy!
The frozen mocha was great. Easily the star of the show for me.
Parking is in a private lot but it’s sparse. Once you find a spot you’ll order at the counter and seat yourself. They’ll call you up to get your dish. Enjoy!

Wow!
This place is amazing! We stopped in here because we were told that it was pretty amazing food and it was all fresh cooking. I got the green chili chicken and it was amazing! The chicken was so moist and the green chilis were overflowing out off the sandwich. I also had an amazing vanilla iced coffee! The best part was there were free refills! I didnt even try the cupcakes, which I here are amazing, and I give this place 5 stars for charm, great service and yummy food.

This little place is a GEM. Incredibly high quality food, and it’s pretty gourmet for such a redneck place. I had the biscuit breakfast sam and I was impressed with the biscuit… flaky and tasty without crumbling under the pressure of being a sandwich. Next time I’m in the White Mtns, I’ll hit this place up fur sure. The atmosphere is nice, the bathroom is cute and clean, and parking seemed to be okay, but maybe a bit limited.
