I have gone in here multiple times and was offered no assistance. The employees acted like I was bothering them. I came in with money to spend but they got none of it.

I am visiting from Texas. When I walked in this store I was not greeted and no one offered to help. Finally I stood there with a pair of 119.00 jeans to purchase. It was a while and then a sales person finally asked «oh are your being helped?» My answer was no and I put the jeans down and walked out and decided I would purchase them once I got back to Dallas. What a horrible experience. You should learn to treat all customers special each and every time they walk in that door. You do not see me often because I do not live here. I am a loyal passport member, that will never step foot in your store again.
