Cool Geeks

Initially, I was impressed with the service of Cool Greeks. The quality of services has declined and was disappointing.

The location of this business is in a building with different services. The first thing you smell when you walk into the building is a rotten mold smell. I was a bit sketchy about going in. The office is located down the hall to the right, it is very small. All the computers, laptops, iPad, iPhones. etc was laying around without any organization whatsoever.
This is the worst service I have ever been given. I cracked my iPad 2 screen. I bought a $ 75 Groupon for a screen replacement. I took my iPad in and the assistant took all my information down. The assistant did not take any pictures of my iPad before any service was done. She told me it would take about 1 week at the most. It took them 4 weeks before I received my iPad back. My iPad had minor damages before giving it to them to be serviced. Now there are more damages to the outer aluminum backing. The screen does not fit my iPad correctly.
I have been back and forth to this place maybe about 20 times complaining how long they’ve had my iPad. After I picked up my iPad, I was VERY dissatisfied. The screen was separating, aluminum backing has been bent and damaged at the corners. I brought my iPad back to show the separation and told me that you have to bend out the corners to get the screen to fit. Then asked me if there was something else that can be done. I just said no. Otherwise they’ll keep it for another 2 months? NO THANK YOU! I wanted a refund. But I think they need the money more since the location of the office is disgusting. The manager offered to fix the adhesive on the spot. I watched him as he worked on my iPad. Once he gave back my iPad he told me to sit a few books on top of my iPad to make the adhesive stick. (Ghetto?)
I will NOT recommend this business to anybody. They take on too much work load than they can handle. None of the employees seem to know what they are doing. I paid $ 75 for a new iPad 2 screen, I get what I paid for. Terrible service!
