The best place I’ve eaten at in Shreveport. The burgers are served on a large, homemade bun that thins as you press against it. The patty taste chargrilled, always juicy, never dry, never over cooked, always — I mean all 7 – 10 times I’ve been here — perfect. The ladies at the counter are sweet, and as busy as this place is at lunch(very busy), they get you through the line quick. And the fries… Waffle fries. Thin, crispy, seasoned waffle fries. 10 out 10 for this place.

Always get their Catfish Po-boys, this is my go-to now. They also have a pretty nice selection of local brews. Go after lunchtime and you’re guaranteed fast food without the lunch rush waiting

This place serves the best catfish po-boy! We originally wanted to order the catfish and oyster combo but the owner(at least we think he was the owner because he was super friendly) said that it wasn’t in season so he wouldn’t recommend it. Overall very yummy.

This is a place you must experience. I am in love with the house special Pot Roast. It is the absolute best thing I have tasted. I usually pair it with the green beans. My friends always get something different. They all have huge compliments. The owner is amazing! He is definitely talented in his field!

This place gets 5 stars! They are friendly! The food is cooked fresh to order. We ordered the classic bacon burger, it was served with Cajun waffle fires and a drink. The chicken salad sandwich was served with chips and chocolate cake. The bread both meals was serve was delicious! The chocolate casino cake was very good! This place a is a must visit!

I try to eat healthy most of the time. But, when I want a burger, I want a real good one. I love Rollin’s burgers. They’re huge, the buns are homemade. Along with a cold beer, hits the spot every time.

Chili on Texas Trail burger took me back 30 years to the Pickle Barrel on the S. Side of Pittsburgh. Loved it.

The food has been consistent all 4 times that we have dined here. The service with getting food out in a timely manner has been hit or miss. If you go at the peak of lunch expect a crowd and no parking at the restaurants lot. However, you are able to park along side the road that runs in front. no problem. They have a large selection of items to choose from and we have ordered sandwiches, burgers, tomato bisque, and gumbo and was pleased with all. I always order the turkey sandwich which comes with potato chips and a casino cake. Pretty average plate, but the bread is what makes it a above average sandwich. The casino cake is super sweet, but it’s hard to resist. Most of the time I am to full to even eat it, so I take it to go. Definitely would recommend!

Finally got the chance to try this place as it came highly regarded by, well, most everyone. I arrived around 11, place is very casual and comfortable and ordered the cheeseburger. Burger was well prepared, served with seasoned waffle fries. The real appeal is the bun, which is a freshly baked roll of sorts. Served warm and very soft. Never did I consider this a viable bun option, however it worked very well, held up with moisture/ketchup/mayo etc. A tad sweet for my tastes, but still very very good. By time I left it was packed. If anything, the burger while cooked perfectly lacked seasoning, which could be done purposely. That said each table has a plethora of seasoning to do so to your own tastes. Friendly staff, very neat place, well worth visiting, frequently.

I wanted to give this place four stars but couldn’t. Reason: They use burger patties. Everything else was really nice, the burger bun was great but the quality if the burger was low in comparison. Good waffle fries though.

I must have eaten a million hamburgers in my life, give or take a dozen. The West Coast burger at Rollin’ in Dough has to be in the top 3 if not the best one I have had. The buns, as most have mentioned, are freshly made right in the restaurant and terrific. This burger had delicious sauteed portobellos, soft sliced avocado, sprouts and mild onion. I had mine rare and the meat was fantastic as well. Combine them all and you get one great burger. My wife ordered the catfish Po-Boy on the homemade bread(it normally comes with French bread). She loved hers as well. The fish fresh, and the breading was light and not the least bit greasy. The coleslaw served with the catfish was creamy and the prices very low for the quality of the food. The owner, formally trained at the Culinary Institute in Hyde Park, NY, was as nice as can be. The restaurant is not that far off the main highway and is worth a much longer drive. Eat here. It’s inexpensive and terrific.

I went here for lunch with a friend and has great food! We got the catfish Po’Boy and the Memphis Blues(a burger with blue cheese). The bread is baked at the restaurant and goes perfect with their burgers. The Cajun waffle fries are must! The desserts also looked amazing, may have to try them if I ever come back to Shreveport.

Burgers were big and juicy, lots of flavor, and the bun(words escape me). The fries were well seasoned, crispy and not greasy. We were so full that we had to take casino cakes and cookies to go! I’m a Texas girl and have never heard of a casino cake, it was delish! If like me, do not know what a casino cake is. it’s a devils food cake topped with buttercream frosting then dipped in chocolate. yum!

Not Diet Friendly, but So worth the splurge. I tried many thing on the menu, but the burger was usually my favorite. It’s not the meat or toppings that make it awesome, but the bread. Whatever you get, get with their bread. I don’t know how they get it so soft and wonderful but they do. They have a great bakery as well, I learned to cut my food in half to save room for dessert. Very casual, tricky to find, but full of artery clogging goodness.

We used to eat at Zia Maria’s every Wednesday and I always noticed Ferrier’s but never went in. Oh man, I was missing out! The food is quite delicious. We had the cheeseburgers with waffle fries. The bread was so soft and tasty, not to mention huge. I cut mine in half and was more than satisfied. Also, I liked that it just came plain. You can add whatever you want to it once you get, a plus for me since I believe mayonnaise is evil. The waffle fries had a good amount of spice and crispiness. Plus, they were waffle fries and who doesn’t love those? I got too full to try their casino cake but next time I’m in town, I’m going to have to take one to go!
