Super nice folks, clean, secure area. My one complaint was that I was searching for a place that I could access 24⁄7. The website is misleading and hints that access is 24/​7, but it is only until 9 PM. Of course I didn’t know this until I was about to move. Then, when I called, I was advised the closing time was 6, which is the time for some of the storage areas, but not all. This was very confusing to navigate accross country. It’s really a shame because I was stoked about the place and the kind people-​just really needed something 24 hours.

I searched all over town for climate controlled storage when I needed it, and was getting scared that I might actually find any anywhere in Shreveport, and I was getting further and further out, farther and farther away from where I live, but I finally landed here, at I-​49 and East Bert Kouns. I really like it. And boy is it climate controlled! During these boiling months, there is nothing more refreshing, as I move all sorts of stuff around, then walking into my storage building and getting blasted, and I mean blasted, by icy-​cold air from the powerful air conditioner they have here at this storage facility! And in the winter months, it”s more than warm enough as well. They will auto-​debit your account once a month for payment and I like that as well.
