The man at the counter made it very clear he dislikes working with the public. My questions obviously bothered him and took him away from the important book he was reading. No wonder I was the only customer in the store! He was obviously doing me a favor by waiting on me. I ended up leaving the items I wanted on the counter and walking out. I feel sorry for the dealers in this antique mall. They will miss sales because of his poor attitude and horrible customer service.

Walked through here just after eating at Strawn’s Eat Shop. Lots of antiques to look through and reminds me of a lot of antique stores with that musty smell that only comes from old relics. It was nice to see what they offered and the fact that people were cleaning up their consignment areas and changing out items for sale to keep it fresh. One person was even painting a wall in her area. It was nice to see the people behind the items for sale. You don’t always see that.
